I sit up abruptly and look at my calendar on my phone. It's not real. It don't have school. Pff. This is a dream. It's still summer and I am in my pool. Satan is playing me. I'm not in sixth form. I don't have exams is year. What? Of course not. I pinch my arm, hoping for no pain. Why do I even try anymore? Few months till I'm nineteen. Everything's great! I can do what I want, whenever I want and who I- stop. I'm not going there... Why do we even have school on a Friday? Why not a Monday? It'd be a win-win situation. Teachers get an extra holiday, I get an extra holiday. Life's good. But no. At least I'm used to this shit.
