{ in which peytonburke; Peyton, will show how to layer using superimpose. }
What you need; - Superimpose - Solid background - Designed photo - Model png
Step one. Tap the button on the top left hand side. Then select import background. Pick the solid color background you wish to use. If you need to adjust the size, 2:3 is the Wattpad cover size.

Step two. Once again, tap the top left hand button, instead of clicking background, click foreground. The next layer you have chosen will pop up; if needed, adjust the size to 2:3 again then go to Transform (at the bottom of the screen) and fix it so it fits the background photo. You can adjust the picture however you like on this tab.
Lowering the opacity on the second layer is very recommended. Still on the Transform tab, click the settings button. A set of controls will appear at the bottom of the screen. After lowering the opacity to how you see fit, and blending the picture if you want, click the merge button, the button at the top left side of the screen. This merges the two layers so you can add another foreground.

Step three. After the two photos have been merged, you're automatically back at the home tab. Click the layering button once more, and choose the model you have picked for this graphic. You will also lower the opacity, and use the Luminosity blending, you can merge.
Note: Before merging, if you do not use a png, and the model has a background, you can click on the Mask tab. Here you can use the magic wand to erase the entire background, but not the model. After this, merge.

Step four. Again, you're going to select the same model you just used. Like last time, you'll blend it with Luminosity and lower the opacity, but this time, don't lower the opacity as far as before. This layer should be more prominent. After this is finished, merge. Now you're completed with Superimpose.

To add text, I suggest you use Phonto. You can download various fonts, and change the color with an ombré effect, or you can make the text somewhat glow.
Step five. Open Phonto, and select the font Breathe Fire, or any font you deem better. Select the color you wish to use, then click the tab shadow. Here you can cause a glow effect with by playing around with the controls.

In my example, I used Breathe Fire for the title, and Will & Grace for the Author's Name.
I hoped this help with any layering issues you had, and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
