Satisfied with my gear I went downstairs in a jiffy and I saw Yao with his bamboo steamer, hot on the table the mouth watering dumplings let off some steam.

The scent of soft meat radiating from them was too tempting. I gave Yao a skeptical look. In fact, I knew my guardian very well. He doesn't just give dumplings for no reason.

"So how's the confession going, aru?"

I chocked on my third dumpling. Urusai, yesterday I wanted to confess my feelings with Arthur-san, but since SOMEONE pushed me away from Arthur, yes, unfortunately Antonio is my nemesis for a lifetime, (but seriously, when he once took a picture with me in my Ladybug form I was NOT happy) I have a zero chance of him noticing me.

My kwami Tikki whispered at my ear, "I would be very glad to turn you into Ladybug to kick his ass off." I shrugged. "Nah no thanks. I don't want to risk my identity."

"Hey Arthur! Could I go to your party since it's your birthday today?"

Arthur gave him a sympathetic look. "Sorry Alfred, you know my dad. He doesn't make parties not even let me go to one."

Alfred's excited face drops to a frown. "Jeez he really needs to know how to chill."

Arthur grinned. "Ah you know what my dad is made out of." Alfred made a face.

"I know, steel."

He sighed. "I am really sorry Alfr-"

"Hey dude if you have a choice to party without rules and adults would you love it?"

He shrugged in response with a meek smile. "Kinda."

A white Maserati suddenly parked in front of Arthur.

With a flash of his infamous grin Arthur waved at Alfred as he opened the door in a rush. His father certainly disapproves him of being late.

At a far distance Alfred looked down on the ground with his balled fists

While a certain black butterfly with translucent spots fluttered on his shoulder.

"I think it's time to lock away the adults and bring in the party."
