Create a "happy BOOK" (this is something I made up) for when you are having those mood swings you,become a bipolar weirdo sometimes so create a "happy BOOK" full of fun happy things to think about for when you feel mad or grouchy or annoyed all of a sudden looking at happy memories always puts me back in a good mood
