Peace. Oh my God. My house was peaceful. That's new. I put my keys in the bowl next to my door.

I walked deeper into my house and I heard something shift. I looked at my couch and Sarah was laying there.

The locks. I forgot to change the locks.

I sighed. "Do you need something?"

She lifted up. "Your home early."

"Sarah do you need something?" I asked annoyed.

"Yes!" She exclaimed rather loud. "I want and I need you!"

I rolled my eyes. "You sound desperate right now." She stumbled while literally standing still. "Sarah are you drunk? Are you serious right now? You came to my house drunk?"

"Take me serious right now Stef!" She began rampaging. "I've loved you. I've cared about you.  I've done nothing but be there for you! Why won't you love me back? Why give up now?"

I changed the subject. "Did you really go to Lena's job today?"

"There you go asking about your little girlfriend. How is she? She shouldn't be doing good saying my brother is messing around with her girlfriend."

My mouth dropped open. How many siblings does this girl have? No. Not the point. Lena is the point. "You aren't helping your case you know?"

She shrugged. "I don't to much think there is a case right now. Let me make this clear. Everyday I will make it a personal mission of mines to ruin your life. Everyday. You might not think it, but I'll be making your life hell."

I chuckled. "Is that a threat?"

"Its a promise. A huge promise in fact."

"So is that supposed to scare me?" I asked really unphased.

"Yeah. You should be." She spoke and turned around walking out the door. She picked up something and turned around and threw it at me.

I ducked it. "What is wrong with you and throwing things?!"

She chuckled and walked away. I shut my door making sure everything was locked. She was bat crazy. Off her rockers was definitely an understatement.

Alright so let's get a list.

1. Check on Lena.

But what if she doesn't know? Ok lets come back to that one.

2. Move far far far far away, where Sarah doesn't know I am.

Yeah that's a good plan. Great checklist Stef.

So Lena's girlfriend- the Grace girl, is cheating on her with Sarah's brother. Who may or may not be as crazy as Sarah is. This is way to small of a world.

Present Day

It was a rainy day. The type that was soothing and my favorite type of weather. I was on my laptop looking over a few files.

My phone rang and I looked seeing it was Lena. I answered. "Hello?"

"Hey I'm about to pull up in about 5." She rushed the topic.

"Alright."

"I'll see you in a second." She hung up.

Ever since last night Lena hasn't been the one for many words. She'll communicate to a certain extent but after that it's like we're going back to basic communication. I can understand why though. She has been through a lot.

I heard her car pull up and I opened up the garage as she pulled in. I went into the kitchen and searched in the drawer and found what I was looking for.

She came through my door and I handed her the garage door opener. She chuckled. "I've earned my house keys already? Yes."

I rolled my eyes playfully. "You can say that I guess."

She smiled at me. "I will. I will say that I gained my house keys."

I sat back down on the coach. "I honestly just don't feel like getting up sometimes, cop or not."

She sat down next to me putting her head in my lap. "Tell me about it. Sometimes just parking in the school parking lot gives me a headache."

I chuckled at that response. "Well thats something we can both agree on." I began playing with her curls like I always did.

"How was work by the way?"

I shrugged. "I don't know, I didn't go."

She scrunched up her face a little bit. "Really? If I would have known that I wouldn't have went to work either! No fair." She pouted.

I laughed and laughed harder when I saw her face. "I'm sorry. I'll let you know next time."

She playfully rolled her eyes. "Thank you ma'am." She got up and walked into my kitchen. "What do you have to eat?"

"Umm I have no earthly idea. I haven't eaten yet."

I heard rumbling and things moving. I didn't move until I heard Lena ask. "Do you want me to just cook?"

I stood up and walked into the kitchen. "You don't have to honestly."

She already had the pans out. "How's spaghetti sound?"

"Your cooking for me. I cannot be picky Lena. Cook whatever your heart desires."

Lena mumbled something under her breath before holding her hand out. I chuckled and took the scrunchy that was holding my bun up out handing it to her. "Thanks."

"Where is all the scrunchies I've given you before ma'am?"

"Oh in my car. But that's way to far away." She began boiling water.

"Ok Ms.Principal."

"Well you said you didn't want to get up everytime I came here so therefore our situations are the same."

'Touche." I agreed sitting on one of my stools.

She went over to one of my cabinets. "Do you have one of the pots so I can cook the meat? Skillet to be precise?"

"It should be up there." I watched as she looked through my cabinet.

"I don't see it."

I got up and walked over behind her and reached to another cabinet and grabbed it for her. I didn't realize how close we were until I had successfully grabbed the skillet. She turned around and grabbed the skillet and sat it on the counter.

Our eyes met, and I watched as her eyes flickered from mines to my lips. "Gosh just forget it." I heard her mumble before our lips crashed together.

-Alright this is not edited. But hey it's something.
