WHAT YOU NEED:

Open the template in PicsArt and add a picture that you want in the frame. Then tap screen and the eraser. Erase what you don't need.

This is optional, but if you want the picture to have texture, then don't tap the check mark just yet. Press the option that says effects.

Then bring up the tap and select artistic and scroll till you find one that you prefer. I selected oil.
