"Anthony, stop, I'm going!" I yelled at the football captain/best friend.

He was pushing me onto the playing field where all the other players were waiting. I was currently wearing Anthony's gear. The pads, Jersey, everything. I had his helmet in my left hand.

"Whoah, hot damn girl. Who knew you could look so good in our stuff" said Eric. All the others turned around and wolf whistled.

I blushed and looked away, only to catch Anthony staring at me, and biting his lip as he looked me up and down. I could feel the heat rush up my neck, and no doubt I looked like a cherry.

Oh, God, welp, this is embarrassing. Ugh.

I saw something brown come at me from the left in my vision, I turned swiftly and caught the football that Miles threw. "Whoah, you have good reflexes, Alex" he said, "thanks, I try, smartass" I retorted.

They all looked at me with raised eyebrows. "What? It's a free country, I can do what I please, thank you very much."

And with that I spun on my heal and strolled back to the locker rooms, the boys in tow. I felt like a captain.

Well, at least I can dream.
