Sometimes his abundance of energy and excitement overwhelmed you, but you still loved him.
Lev would practically jump onto you when he saw you in the morning. He would wrap his arms around you, tackling you into a hug.
After elbowing him in to chest, you would smile and laugh at him. Once he stood back up, he would smile back and laugh too.
As the two of you walked to school, he would continue to hog your attention. He would pepper you with kisses, hold your hand, pull on your arm with you talked about someone else. He would complain when you were on your phone for a long time.
"Hey, hey, pay attention to me," he whined.
"Wait, give me a second, I'm busy," you reply.
He continued to whine and shake you.
"Stop it, Lev."
He didn't stop.
You elbowed him in the stomach.
He stopped.
