Maria Reyes, was born in February 22, 1934... In a time where everything seemed easier than what it is now, but it was quite the opposite, there wasn't much money, there wasn't many opportunities, not many people went to school and jobs where minimum, but that didn't stop her from taking the world by storm, as she grew up, she was strong and independent, but just like that, she started to see the struggle of her mom to bring money or food to the house, then she looked for a job, taking care of kids, when she was 6, she later quit school because they couldn't afford to pay for it when she was 8, so she dedicated her life to work, and work hard, for her family. She started to go and wash clothing at the river with her mom, and taking care of kids to get money or food as pay. But it was too much for a marriage and 9 kids, so she wanted more, so she started to develop passion for sewing clothes, she started out with dolls, the she moved little by little till one day she was one of the best in her town, she made dresses, uniforms or anything, she was an artist at heart and mind, after she gained money, she bought her blind sister her first pair of glasses, she helped two of her sisters get jobs, she helped her brothers, and specially her mom, by making her proud, then one day everything changed, cause she never knew that the love of her life was about to appear from the past, one of the kids that she took care of, all grown up, decided to look for her and tell her how he felt, but she said no, without knowing she would eventually love him more than anything.
