Destiny in MM.

         I quickly plugged my red beats solos into my busted ass iPhone 4S. I rolled my eyes in annoyance at the shitty phone, but continued anyways. Let me introduce myself. I'm Destiny, I'm sixteen years old and I'm from Memphis, Tennessee but I live in White Plains, New York. I live with my grandmother and I go to White Plains High. I was currently taking part in Uptown conference call 307.

There was mad of us on there just clowning, advertising our facebooks and other social media. I normally didn't partake in the foolishness that went on, but I was bored so why not? I burst out laughing at a joke that was made about an overrated uptown girl who thought she was the shit. My phone let off an obnoxious ding, signifying that I had a Facebook message. I rolled my eyes as I unlocked my phone, an unfamiliar Facebook name popped up.

"Ricardo Guwop? He better not be on some stupid shit." I mumbled. Before even reading the message, I swiped through his pictures. He was definitely a cutie. He was fully Spanish with curly, long hair. He had a baby face and a nice body, he could dress too.

           The message read; "Yo Wyd? 🤔" I responded. "Lol .. On this conference call. You?" "Same, you in 307, right? I heard you shouting out ya fb and snap, ya lil pretty ass." I giggled at the compliment, feeling my cheeks warm up. "Thank you. You wanna facetime or some shit? This call is getting fake wack." He replied in confirmation and I hung up the conference call.

Within a few minutes, my phone was ringing. I fixed my 24" Brazilian and laid in a comfortable position so that I could look cute and talk and the same time. We had a lot in common, I learned we were the same age and he was from the Bronx but would be moving around my area soon. We stayed on FaceTime all night, fell asleep on FaceTime and woke up on FaceTime. Little did I know that one simple conversation would change my life forever.
