Liam
Liam is stuck alone with terrible foster parents. All the other kids were adopted already, but no one seemed to want a 14 year old not so innocent boy. He was stuck doing all the cleaning and chopping wood in the winter because only one of his foster parents worked, and that was as a waiter. They may have seemed ok at first, but he discovered they were both alcoholics. The only good thing he had was a black cross neclace that his dad left him when he was put up for adoption. The only 'friend', as he liked to think of her as was Lily Wei. He met her through social services. She was a Chinese lady, about 25, that offered to teach him violin if he promised he'd try to get his foster parents to like him. He tried, but they still hated him. But Lily still taught him. A lot of people would consider Lily a snobby bitch, but Liam loved her all the same. I mean wouldn't you love the nicest person you've ever known?
