As the curtains tumble down, we step onto the backstage, huffing, our breaths short and our bodies engulfed in sweat. We look at each other, knowing exactly how we're feeling, knowing exactly what the glint in our eyes represent. We're all still excited, adrenaline pumping through our veins and our throats sore. Our eyes still hurt from the blinding spotlights present on the stage. Inspite of us being off the stage now, we still go back to the memories that we just gathered on stage. The screaming fans cheering for us and our songs, calling out our names, praising us and taking pictures of us with their phones.
It's been an hour now, we're cooling off in our changing room, all of us immersed in our own thoughts. The eldest member was just as solemn as all of us, but he had to hold his emotions in so that the others don't break down.
Of course, we all felt proud of ourselves for giving such an enthusiastic performance but there was some regret and a lot of longing in the air as well. We never wanted the performance to end, never wanted the fans to stop chanting. All of us felt loved but more than anything we felt our dreams come true. As two of the members left the resting room, the others occupied themselves by other things. We were all very tired, hence one of the members decided that sleeping was the best thing to do at the moment.
The two members that left? They went back to the backstage, back to the red curtains and hesitantly pulled them back. They stepped onto the still hot stage, the concert hall empty except for the staff members. Looking over the empty arena, they felt numb as though the past few hours never happened. But it was real, wasn't it? The young boys held lingering feelings in their hearts towards the fans that cheered them on, the fans that they smiled at and made eye contact with. They wished that the bond they shared with their fans would never break. They still remember the feeling they experienced when they were performing, it was outworldly. They felt glad that they made it. Made it to their dreams, that their singing could elicit so many emotions in the fans. Looking over the stage one last time, they heaved a breath and turned their backs away. The singers tried to encourage themselves by saying this wasn't the first time and nor will it be the last, they must get used to this empty feeling soon.
The boys come together in their dorm and realize how far they've made it, they shouldn't feel this forlorn when millions of fans are endlessly cheering for them. This thought brings a radiant smile to everyone's face, yes even the grumpy, sleepy member!
As all of the members ease into a relaxing atmosphere, the leader stands up and encourages his friends, his brothers - " Even if we fall down and get hurt, we will always stand back up because we are BANGTAN BOYS! Fighting!"

Young Forever (BTS)
FanfictionWell, I read the lyrics of Young Forever and it really touched my heart (I might've cried a bit). So this is just a little scenario that I wrote inspired by the song. I hope the boys always remain happy and know that ARMY's will never let go of them!
