I woke up from sirens ringing in my ears. I quickly sat up and noticed where I was. It seemed like I was in a huge white bright room. Questions were going through my head on where I was or how I got here? I got up and started to walk towards the only door that seemed to be in here. I tried opening it, but I guess my brain wasn't working right because when I looked to the side there was a machine the had to scan a card in order for it to open. I face palmed myself mentally at how stupid I was for not seeing that. I looked closely at the scanner and there was nothing I can do to it at all for me to open the door. I started to pace back and forth thinking on what I should do, but something snapped me out of my thoughts. The huge door suddenly opened revealing a teenage boy with dirty blonde hair.
"Follow me I'm here to help you and your friends get out of this sick place." He whispered making sure no one could hear him besides me.
Half of me believed him, but the other half is telling me not to trust him since everything that seems to happen is my friends and I getting into even more trouble and danger.
"Are you coming or what! I haven't got all day. My friends are probably waiting with some of your friends too and you don't want to keep them waiting with danger lurking around now do you, eh?" He whispers to me once again.
I said nothing to him and just went straight passed him with him running ahead with his gun. I mean I've gone through danger before and I know how to handle it so why the heck not just go with him where the danger is. He made sure the halls were clear before we kept moving forward to where we were going, which I don't even know where were heading I was just following. Once we reached the end of the hall I saw two good friends of mine there, Gracey and Aris. I ran up to them and asked who these two guys were. They just shrugged and I took that as they didn't know anything at all about them. The two guys just stood in front of us guarding and just waiting, which was I'm guessing for the rest of the group.
The two guys were talking to each other still keeping guard with their guns, and not once NOT ONCE did they even say their names. The only thing I got out of their conversation was something about the girl and I think they were referring to Gracey. I was starting to get annoyed now because we just sat here waiting for the others and I didn't even know who these guys were and why they are helping us out. Who knows maybe there here to take us and then kill us once we escape! Alright I had enough already with these two! I need answers and I need them now!
"Hey may I ask who you guys are and what are you guys are doing." I whispered making sure they can hear me but not so loud that it won't echo through the halls.
"I'm Zac and this is my friend Nixon. We are here to help you guys escape this stupid prison. Everyone deserves a chance of a newly great life now, eh?" Zac whispered. It seems to me that Zac had a little of an accent going on, but who knows maybe he doesn't. I will just have to ask him later if we survive that far.
Nixon didn't really talk he just kept staring at Gracey, but when she would look his way he would look back at the halls. Zac just kept his eyes on the halls and when he caught Nixon staring he would raise an eyebrow and just tried not to laugh out loud at him. Nixon would just pretend he was mad at Zac so he would just shake his head, and look back into the halls. Aris kept his eye on Nixon for some reason. Each time he caught Nixon staring at Gracey it looked like he would get a bit more mad each time. I don't know there is so much going on right now. Gracey and I are just sitting on the floor relaxing, Aris sitting close to Gracey while keeping an eye on Nixon, Zac keeping guard while silently laughing at Nixon, and Nixon looking over at Gracey while keeping guard. Wow didn't know Nixon was doing so much.
It was taking forever for the others to come, but we just waited patiently. So there is really nothing to talk about so might as well say the update. Zac and Nixon were still on guard, but are now sitting on the floor against the corners of the wall and just talking. Aris trying to keep his eyes open, but he will soon give up and fall asleep. Gracey fell asleep a while ago, so she is sitting up with her head on Aris's shoulder. I'm just sitting here against a wall just thinking of what awesome things that could be out in the free world.

A/N:
Hello everyone or person (I don't know how many are out reading these books) just like to say apologies for my punctuation and errors. I know it sucks reading them with so many errors, but to me its really tuff doing stuff like that (Apparently I'm mostly good at drawing), and I will learn later on even though I might not. Anyways thanks for reading and again apologies for me updating late, and all my errors but hey if you are still reading since the first book then I'm thankful and grateful for that. See you in the next chapter!
