"Mr.Hood!" 

Calum's head shoots up from his desk, he pulls his beanie back up. The class snickers at him for him getting yelled at.

"Yes sir?"

"I will not tolerate you sleeping in my class"

"Sorry sir"

The teacher continues on with his lesson, Calum whines quietly he hates when he gets yelled at. The bell finally rings and Calum is the first one out of the class, he quickly gets to his locker. Some people whistle at him, not in a 'hey your hot kinda' whistle it was more of a 'hey puppy boy look over here so we can beat you up' kinda whistle. Calum whines and hurries up to get his things before they reached him. He closed his locker and looked at the ground as he hurried to his next class. He runs into a boy with colorful hair and all of his things fall out of his hands.

"oh no" he whines and drops to his knees and quickly starts to pick his things up. The color haired boy drops down with him to help Calum pick his things up.

"Sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going" the boy say and Calum nods continuing to pick his things up. "I'm Michael"

"calum" he says quietly 

"That's a cute name"

"thanks" Calum replies while a pink tint comes to his cheeks.

"See you around?"

"maybe" 

The warning bell rings and they head to their classes and Calum is in his maths seat right as the bell rings. He sighs he really dislikes maths, so he just pulls out his note book and makes doodles in it, near the end his ears perk up when the teacher says retiring. 

"Students next week on Friday will be my last day, and there will be a new teacher" Mrs.Henry says and then adds "So I want you to treat her with the up most respect"

She hands out the homework and they get the rest of the time to work on it. Calum grabs his phone out, he knew the password to the math class answer sheets so he just copied off of there. Calum was a minor hacker just little things that will help him. He looks around the room and everyone was looking down on their homework or on their phones. He looked all the was in the back where a jock and cheerleader are sucking each others faces off, he reaches under his beanie and scratches his ear. Calum looks back at his phone but then hears someone clear their throat. He closes his phone and looks up Mrs. Henry is there.

"Calum really?"

"You yell at me for having my phone out but bobby is in the back smoking crack" Calum whines and Mrs.Henry looks back and gasps. 

"Bobby!" she yells and Bobby pops up and sure enough he has a blunt in his hand. She marches back to him and pulls him out of the classroom. Calum smirks to himself, but groans quietly and shifts in his seat, sitting on his tail for too long it starts to hurt. He grabs his phone again and then finishes doing his homework. The bell rings and Calum only has one class left and it was band, Calum plays the bass. He stops at his locker and it gets slammed.

"Hey boy" Tommy says and Calum is shaking.

"please leave me alone" Calum whines and he gets pushed into the lockers.

"I didn't say you could speak mutt"

Tears begin to fill his brown eyes and Tommy begins to laugh.

"Sit"

"what?"

"I said sit" he throws Calum to the ground and Calum barks out.

"Hey leave him alone!" it was Michaels voice, Tommy gets pushed away.

"You got lucky mutt" Tommy says before walking away.

Michael kneels down "Hey your beanie fell off"

Calum's eyes went wide "Um"

"It's fine Calum I've seen them already and I could honestly give a fuck what you are. You are still human so I am going to treat you like a human"

Calum attack hugs Michael "Thank you"

"So does this mean we are best mates now?" 

Calum giggles "yeah I guess so"

"Sit with me at lunch tomorrow"

"okay"

"See you later Cal" Michael said before getting to class.
