Hi everyone, just a quick introductory. This story has a more a serious tone although I will try to create a good balance between the seriousness of the matter discussed through the events that occur to the main character, Autumn, and a more lighthearted side to the story.
Masquerade is a work of fiction and my imagination purely. I do not pretend to understand fully the experiences of Autumn and others in the same situation although I am able to understand and relate to many of the mental health issues they go through. I will try my absolute best to keep my portrayal of these serious topics such as self-harm as realistic as possible and do not in any way agree with or support the romanticisation of mental health problems.
This is my own work, so please do not be a dick and plaguarise as it is pretty disrespectful and rude to do so.
I've rambled on for a bit so I'm going to stop and let you finally, after this long introduction, read on.
I love you all and hope you enjoy Masquerade (it took me freaking long enough to write it as it is).
