Simples covers are usually the best. With their large, bold text and centre image, it's eye catching and not over the top.
When you're making a cover, think like a reader, because let's face it, we all judge a book by its cover. Sometimes a second opinion could be useful as well, as the readers are going to be the ones reading your book, and the cover and title is usually what attracts them to it.Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right image for your cover. Try typing things like "simple aesthetic", or if it's a particular image you're after, eg. donut aesthetic, blue aesthetic etc., then type that up. There are heaps of cool stuff to choose from.
