The sunlight shined onto the bleachers, causing little strips of light to shine through from the little openings. One little strip landed across Emily's nose and cheek. Faded freckles dotted the area. I sighed, lightly, as I thought about how imperfectly perfect she was. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but something about Emily just drew me to her.

"Remember what I said when you first did that to me?" I questioned.

"You said you'd cut off my hands because my face is too pretty to be hidden." She said, her voice muffled by her hands.

"Well, do you want me to cut off your hands?"

She sighed dramatically and dropped her hands. I walked up to her and placed a hand on her cheek.

"Never hide this piece of artwork from me again." And I kissed her.
