It was Christmas time at the Oaks, and the house was decked out in Christmas colors, wreaths were hanging on doors and there was a big Christmas tree in the living room. Gary was having a Christmas party with all his closest friends (a.k.a. Ash, Misty, Paul, Dawn, May, and Drew). May, Ash, Drew, and Misty were in the kitchen, the first two eating all the contents of the fridge and pantry, while Misty and Drew just watched, Dawn and Paul were watching tv and Gary and Leaf were arguing by the Christmas tree. Gary took a step towards Leaf, and she took a step back. "What are you doing?"Leaf asks, taking another step back as he took a step forward. "Just moving you closer" Gary replied with a grin, taking another step forward. "Closer to what?" Leaf asked, though she already knew the answer. "Look up" Leaf looked up and surely enough they were under the mistletoe. "Merry Christmas" Leaf whispered as she gave him a quick kiss on the lips. Gary look dazed for a minute before he smirked. "I always knew you loved me, leafy." Gary said wrapping his arm around her waist as they went and sat down. "In your dreams, Gar-bear," Leaf said but didn't complain as she rested her head on Gary's chest. It was certainly a Christmas that neither of them would forget.
