"Mr Stranger"

• Aira's pov •

It was biology class and unlike before, everybody wanted to be my pair for the lab. I was overwhelmed and scared at the same time, I'm not used to this attention. Fortunately Lisa saved me and be my partner.

"Hey Aira, am I doing it right?", Lisa said while eyes still focused on dissecting the frog

"Yup, you're good at this", I giggled as she loosen up, "Hey ehm Lisa"

"What is it?", she turned to face me

"Why are you nice to me? Not that I'm not thankful or anything it's just that your friends only use me, but you never told me to do your chores", I breathed out and she just smile as her gaze averted to the frog.

"You're cool, Aira. You and I have a lot in common than you think. To be honest, I can't stand the girls, but I stay because I know they're not like this back in the days", she lightly shook her head

Both of us continue to work in silence but it was a comforting one.

Biology class was over and it's time for lunch. I was biting my nails out of habit when I'm nervous, I hope Hyungwon forgot about lunch so that I can go to the library or something

But that's not how it works as Hyungwon already stood outside the lab followed by girls circling him and trying to gain his attention. I tried to escaped but his hand caught me

"Told you not to run away", his grip got tighter, dragging me to the cafeteria, but his eyes still looked forward

"I thought you were busy", I looked over at the crowds of girls. I swear I can see daggers coming out of their eyes.

"Cute", he mumbled but I can hear what he said, I can't help but blushed a bit.

You still hate him Aira, but blushing won't hurt

Monsta X has their own area at the cafeteria, with butlers, unbelievable I know. They say Kihyun's father owns the school or something so he and his friends got the privileges.

"Look who it is, Baek Aira", I.M said in a deep voice, causing my heart to flutter.

"You sure left an unforgettable impression, Aira", Shownu smiled and his eyes disappear

"Sit", Hyungwon commanded as he gestured a chair next to him. I sat down and the food they ate is different from what normal students have. I'm full just looking at it, Rib Eye Steak with grilled potatoes and salad.

"You're not eating?", Jooheon asked as the other guys turned their attention to me

"No, I'm full", I faked a smile

"Don't diet dear, your body is already at its finest state", Wonho said as he licked his lips, how can they all change their attitude completely in one day? It's like I hit not just Hyungwon but all of them.

Hyungwon cleared his throat and glared at Wonho while he just let out a smirk and continue eating. That's when Minhyuk came in.

"Hey guys sorry I'm-", he stopped as he looked at me, "Baek Aira?", that voice is so familiar

"She's Hyungwon girlfriend hyung! don't you hear?", I.M cheered as Minhyuk tensed up and balled his fists, I can't help but stare because his figure is so similar to the guy... no it can't be.
