Mikey was starting get uncomfortable with the diaper so he decided to use ninja stealth to get to the bathroom but the door was locked and their was a note on the door that said

Michelangelo go in your Pamper and then go to tell Donatello that you need a new diaper and he will take you to me who is waiting with the bag of Pamper's.

Mikey dies everything on the note and Shredder went into Mikey's room to change his diaper which he refused to lay down of stay still and even when the diaper was on him he took it off.

Shredder: fine no diaper but if you pee all over the carpet you will be in a sandpaper diaper for a whole month.

Mikey did pee all over the carpet in his room he shared with Donnie so then Shredder put him in the sandpaper diaper. When everyone was asleep Mikey snapped out of the mind worm. Hypnosis, and the mind probe so Mikey took off his diaper and escaped to go back to the sewer to tell his brother's about what is going to happen.
