Chapter 1

[Levi's P.O.V] Saturday 7:37pm

I sit quietly on my lounge chair surrounded by blankets and cushions. The room is quite dim, just a lamp beside me is on to show enough light for me to peacefully read my book and drink my tea. I enjoy being alone, I tend to not get along with others, really only some of my co-workers and then my superior I put up with. I admit Hange pisses me off sometimes...Tch...then we have this one guy named Mike who looks unclean with his scruffy facial hair. He goes around sniffing people and things, yeah he's not the best to be around at times...but i'm sure Erwin loves it when hes around..fucking prick. W-well I mean, I'm not with Erwin, I just..Tch i don't know...Mike hangs around him a lot and i-i tend to like it when Erwin's around, he's really the only  person that doesn't get intimidated by me. Instead I tend to find him more intimidating. I should really stop talking to myself.

I walk to the kitchen and look for something to make for dinner. I eventually give up and decide to head down to the grocery store. I throw on my black leather jacket and some jeans. I comb over my hair and head out the door. I walk down the street, hands in my pockets. I feel the coldness on my nose, the wind is freezing, so cold my pale skin eventually feels like ice, Finally I see the store, I walk inside and feel relieved to feel the warmth. Yeah sure, I could've driven a car here, but why would I? It's a quick walk. I walk through the isle, looking for meals to cook. I go to turn a corner but suddenly I fall back to the ground when i walk into a man. The man shifts back a little in shock. 

"Oi, Watch where your going!" panics the male lending at hand down to me. I look up at him angrily with a cold glare on my face. Then I realise..It's Erwin. He looks at me with a slight shock. "Levi?" says Erwin looking at me with a calmed face. I slightly blush angrily and I get up myself and brush myself off. "Sorry, are you okay?" asks Erwin grabbing my arm. I flinch slightly as he grabs my arm and I look down at his hand and I pull my arm away. "I'm fine.." I say looking down at the ground putting my hands in my pockets. "Didn't expect to see you here." says Erwin smiling. "You either." I say looking up at him. "Well I should get going, don't wanna be late." says Erwin slightly chuckling. "Late for what?" I say slightly curious. "I'm grabbing some drinks with Mike, you can come with if you like?" says Erwin. "Of course you are.." I mumble clenching my fists. "What?" says Erwin. "Nothing, I said nothing..and no thanks, I'll pass thanks." I say with a careless expression on my face un-clenching my fists. "Alright then, well I'll see you at work on Monday." says Erwin with a disappointed but calm expression. "Right..bye." I say as he walks off.  Erwin leaves the store.

I sigh and lean against the shelf. "Maybe I should've accepted it.." I whisper to myself. Suddenly a bunch of glass jars fall from the top shelf from me leaning on it and a few fall on me, I fall to the ground as broken glass surrounds me. "Ugh.. fuck..." I say rubbing my head. I look at my hand and I see blood. I get up and quickly limp out the store in the back door before the shop employees saw me. I run down the pathway, slightly limping. I fall to the concrete  ground and I lay there as blood runs down my face. "Ugh, this is filthy....I didn't even get to get shit for dinner...Tch...Why me?" I say as I lay on the cold path way, exhausted and in slight pain.

 A tall man with brown hair and emerald green eyes sees me and runs towards me. He looks down at me as he has his hands in his pockets. "A-Are you okay?" He asks with widened eyes. He lends a hand out to help me up. I accept it and he pulls me up. I look up at him. "One moment!" He says digging into his small backpack. He pulls out some tissues and wipes the blood off my face and forehead. "D-don't touch me.." I say pushing his hand away. "O-Oh... s-sorry!" He says blushing slightly. "M-my name is Eren Jaeger." He says lending a hand out to shake mine. I glare at him slightly and I don't handshake him, leaving him hanging. "Playing hard to get I see." says Eren slightly smirking. my eyes widen and then I angrily slap him. I look away blushing. "My names Levi Ackerman, now leave me alone.." I say walking off. "W-Wait!" he says following after me. "Tch, what, you gonna stalk me now?!" I say annoyed. "N-no.. I just, never mind...Bye uhh Levi." says Eren slightly smiling and walking off.

I walk into my house annoyed and I slam the door and lock it. I walk to the bathroom and I get undressed and I hop in the shower. As the warm water streams slowly down my face I tend to think about Erwin but then that man...Eren..He keeps popping up in my head. Ugh..I don"t know why but I think I find him attractive. I cant control my feelings...
