Emily pov
"Wake Up Bitch" I hear someone scream in my ear
I jump and fall off my bed. I open my eyes to see a hysterical Hanna on the ground, she is so mean.
"Oh you think that's funny" I say
She can't answer me back because she is still laughing. I just get up and chuck a pillow at her. Wait what time is it. I look at my clock and see it is 8:30, she is so early.
"Han, why are you so early." I complain
She stands up finally being able to catch her breath.
"I am use to being ready by 7 so I decided to come hear early. Now get ready, I'll be downstairs raiding your fridge."
She runs out of the room and I just shake me head laughing, typical Hanna.
I take a quick shower, dry my hair and decide to wear skinny jeans, V-neck and leather jacket. I walk downstairs to see Hanna laying on the couch watching T.V.
"Ready?" I ask
"Yup lets go" she says jumping off the couch turning off the T'V
We go outside and I see her new 2016 Kia Sorrento car. Hanna is a Fashion Designer in New York, so she makes a lot of money. And her fiancé, obviously Caleb, works for one of the biggest technology agencies, AE company.
Me and Hanna decide to go shopping, and I already know this is going to take forever. We go to two to three stores before I start to get really bored. I'm not much of a shopper I just go because I no Hanna never has time for fun anymore.
"So Em...any special girls?" Hanna asked
"No, not since Paige" I confess
"Really Em, that was a year ago. You need to get out there" Hanna says
"Sorry just not looking for a relationship" I shrug
"I have the perfect idea. Lets get some new sexy clothes and more and more girls will come running after you" She smiles
Its like she didn't even hear what I said. I am not looking for a relationship right now, I'm to busy. None of my relationships have ever worked out, both people I loved just ended up dead or ran away. So I give up.
"How about these" Hanna says throwing me clothes
"These are the sluttiest clothes I have ever seen" I laugh
"That's perfect" She says
"Sorry Han, but I'm not wearing these" I shake my head throwing them back to her
"Ugh fine, your no fun" She groans
We shop for what feels like ten hours, but I did make Hanna stop for some food. Shopping is the only time you have to force her to eat. We are walking to her car when she gets a call, I'm guessing it's Caleb.
"Hey...what...can't you just call someone...I'm with Emily...fine, but you owe me"
She hangs up and looks at me
"Sorry we have to cut this short. I need to go pick up Caleb from work" Hanna says apologetically
"Oh" I said not trying to sound sad
"Unless you want to come with me. Its about an hour from here" she says hopefully
"Why not, I haven't seen Caleb in a while" I shrug
She jumps up cheering, I just laugh and shake my head while walking to the car.
For an hour we just dance and sing to the top of our lungs. I miss this, just hanging out having fun and being with Hanna.
"We're here" Hanna says
I look out the window and see a huge building with the words AE on top. No one knows who started this business, only a couple people. Caleb has never even met her or him.
We walk inside the lobby and I see Caleb sitting down on his phone. He looks exactly the same and I haven't seen him since a year ago, usually its just me and the girls who see each other. He looks up a grin comes on his face.
"Emily!" He screams and walks up to me giving me a hug
"Hey Caleb I missed you" I say breaking the hug
"I missed you too" he says back
"Uh hello" We both look at Hanna "ya hi, I am your fiancé"
"Hey Hanna" he laughs and goes and gives her a kiss
"Good now lets go" Hanna say grabbing Caleb's hand
We were just about to walk out the door when someone calls Caleb's name
"Mr. Rivers" the lady at the desk says
"Yes" he says while we all turn around
"The boss will like to see you"
"Oh, Mr. Staples" He says
"No, Ms. Fields, the owner"
We all look at each other. Ms. Fields? That's my last name and so far I know that is not a popular name. And why would she want to see Caleb.
"Uh, lets go" he says leading us up to the top floor.
We go to the top floor and all it is, is chairs an assistant desk and a room which I am guessing is Ms. Fields room. It is so weird knowing someone has your same last name. We sit down and Caleb is freaking out, if I were him so would I.
"Its so weird, did you know her last name was Fields Caleb?" Hanna asked
"Don't you think I would tell you" Caleb said
"True" Hanna says
"Have you ever meet or seen her Caleb?" I questioned
"No, no one has in my department. That is why I am freaking out" He spoke
"Come on it can't be that bad. What can you expect" Hanna says
"Caleb Rivers" I hear an all to familiar voice say
I turn to the door and see HER, she has the same shocked face I probably have
"Well, I defiantly wasn't expecting that" I say out loud
