Imagine this: you're a high school Senior with grades, college, family, and friends to worry about. Sounds pretty normal, right?
Wrong.
Marlowe's grades are getting harder to keep, college is looming dangerously near, and her family and friends are creating unwanted drama and additional problems. Add in the new kid (the kid she's helping) and his inability to hear: this year should be interesting.

Imagine this: you're a high school Senior, def, haven't been to a public school since you were six, and just want to be treated normally. Sounds pretty difficult, right?
Right.
Ryan has finally convinced his family to allow him to go back into the public school system. He imagined that he would slip right into the works and come out known only for being def. That was all a dream, though. His heightened senses and skills barely help him in this new environment. Especially when it comes to his guide, Marlowe: this year should be interesting.
