[Faded Colours]
Just like my love for you the
colours fade,
The sad blues
The romantic reds
The compromising greys
Fade back into light
That I can't even recognise
For the colours of our love
It's gone
It's buried
It's extinct, as the dinosaurs
But you'll alway be the ghost
in my mind,
Haunting the graveyard that
I buried you in
For you tread amongst me like
the unrecognisable breeze,
But you're so far away with your
new lover
But you're kissing me with your
ruby red lips,
In my mind, passionately, I guess
Just like the the hurt you've
caused the colours fade;
Fade away like they never
even existed
As easily as snapping a finger,
But those colours still brightens
my mind with a rainbow
In-between those rainy memories
that rainbow shines,
Reminding me of the day that I
almost died
But I wish those rain clouds
would burst once and for all,
But I've ran out of white paint
to cover them,
White paint to erase all of my
memories of you,
White paint to erase your touch
off my skin,
White paints to cover my blue
tears
For it's like a storm of hatred,
resentment and grief,
All mixed into the same,
Damn! cloud
It generates in my mind,
Then it pours, through,
my eyes
For that's what you've created
When you left in the sunny
times
A gray, hopeless, dark,
unforgettable sky
When you left in the sunny
times,
So December will always have
unforgettable gray clouds now
For I thought you'd always be
here
like my shadow in the burning
sun,
But you've faded like the colours.
