how you guys been? .. as i said before this story is a short multi-chapter so it's coming to an end soon, but dont worry ill be starting a new fanfic after i finish this one, so stay tuned! ...here's another chapter, enjoy!

Riker's POV

THIS IS ALL MY FAULT!

maybe, maybe, this wouldnt have happened if i was by her side all night & not spending time with a girl i just met. ughh i promised her i would never ever let anyone hurt her. I am a mess & i hate myself for it. Now, the most important girl in my life is hurting because i wasn't there for her...

i knew i wasnt the only one feeling this way. Rocky, ross & ryland all had guilty looks on their faces.

I cant believe we werent there to protect her, but what is harder to believe is that the person who made her cry is the one person who i least expected, Ellington Lee Ratliff. 

After what felt like an eternity, a devastated Rydel apperead infront of us. we all runned towards her & hugged her. 

''Are you okay?!'' we all asked worried. 

''Does it look like i'm okay?!''

''*sigh* sorry guys, i just dont wanna talk about it right now.''

Seeing her like this broke my heart into a million pieces. I was really angry at ratliff for making her cry, but mainly at myself cause i couldnt do anything to make that broken hearted face go away. 

we got in the car & drove home. it was the most horrible car drive i've experienced. My dad hadn't said a word. My mom was looking down at her hands.the guys were looking at rydel, broken hearted. I know theyre feeling as bad as i am. I know they're feeling impotent, since they cant do anything to make their princess feel better. 

poor rydel, she looked devastated. looking out the window, crying without saying a word. 

..After 20 long, really long minutes we finally got home. 

Rydel quickly got off the car, opened the door & runned to her room..crying..

we all wanted to go & let her know she had multiple shoulders to cry on, but we figured she needed some time alone. 

We all then went to bed. we needed to get a good night sleep. We all knew tomorrow was gonna be a longgg day.
