areum saw yoongi sitting at his usual spot, under the willow tree, with earbuds in his ears. his eyes were closed and his head was tested against the trunk.

she grinned and sat down next to him, removing one of his earbuds and placing it in her own ear.

"um excuse me?" yoongi spoke up, obviously irritated.

"what?"

"don't take my earbud out of my ear. what the hell is wrong with you," he spat.

"i'm sorry." areum frowned. "i won't bother you again."

"oh no, it's fine now. i'm already annoyed." he removed his earbuds, shoving them and his cell phone into his hoodie pocket. "now you have all of my attention. what do you want?"

"i was going to get some food and wondered if you wanted to come with me," areum spoke softly.

"oh," yoongi said, feeling a bit guilty for lashing out. "that sounds nice... sure."

"really?" her eyes lit up.

he shyly nodded.
