"No!i have what it takes to be king and rule this kingdom" josh explained to the senior citizen of the village
" yes and we understand my prince but-" the prince cut off one of the seniors
"But what . What do i have to do be king just tell please, i need to be king!" He pleaded
"Well if you must know, you actually need a queen. Like really you can't be king without a queen " said one of the seniors
"A queen ?" the prince asked . They all nodded
"But why would i need a woman besides she will know nothing about ruling a kingdom ." He said and took a seat
"Well having a queen is one of the symbols of being a king my prince" the senior explained to him, hoping that the prince will agree
"Alright then but where do you expect me to find a girl and fall in love" the prince asked concerned
"This village is big and there many maidens in this village...you can chose any woman my prince" the senior said
"Ok then i will seek for a wife then but just give time" the prince said
"Very well then we shall give you two days my prince. Your time starts now" then the prince went to his limo and drove off to his palace
When he got there he told his mother everything , including about finding a queen for him. She was shouting in joy saying that she will chose the best wife for him
"Woah hold your horses mother don't jump into conclussions i will chose a wife by myself and i know the pefect girl for that " he smirked
"Oh really who is this so called pefect- girl" she said sarastically
"The milk sellers daughter she will be the one" he said taking a seat in the red coloured sofa
"WHAT!!! ARE YOU CRAZY YOUNG MAN!!" SHE YELLED
"In fact mother no i am pefectely fine " he replied
"But why her out of all maidens in this kingdom" his mother asked
"Well i don't want some random girl to marry me just because of my money and i think that the milk seller' s daughter will be pefect " he explained
"Well better not fall that tramp" she said in disgust
"Don't worry dear mommy i have no reasons to feel love because i don't think i have space for " he said confidently
" so when i you taking her as your wife then" she asked
The prince starred at nothing and said " the day after tommorow " he said
"Well the sooner the better then you can become king" she said
The was silence for a while. And the prince started saying" well mother if you will excuse me tommorow i am going to meet the girl and i need some rest" he said
Then he headed off to his bathroom . He took a long shower and got into his pj's and headed to bed .

Ariel 's pov
I was helping my father to pack the milk into the truck . After we done packing the milk into the truck,we headed
Home.
I made supper and dished up so that we could eat .
"So ariel have you heard about the big news " my dad asked
"Well none that i know of no" i replied eating my food
"Well the prince has decided to find himself a queen "he said
"And what does that have to do with us " i asked
"Well he chose you to be his queen " he said excitedly
I chocked on my food " w-what how can that be why me" i asked
"I don't know either but ain't you excited" he clapped his hands like a 5 year
"Well it is great news when is he coming to see me and when is the wedding" i asked in one breath
"He will come and see you tommorow and i think the wedding is the day after tommorow" he said
Well this has been my childhood dream to marry the prince and be husband and wife . Well actually i have had a crush on him since i was young. Now i'm gonna marry my crush it's a dream come true ,but then that means i'll leave my dad . I don't want him to be lonely. Who will cook for him and help him pack the milk and other stuff but i will miss him though.
"But dad what about you i'll leave you alone"i sadly said
He came and kneeled beside me then i turned to face him. He touched my cheek and said
"You know you can always visit me anytime ok ,i just want you to be happy " he started to form tears in his eyes so did i
"I love you dad so much" i hugged him and he hugged me back
He pulled away rubbed the tears away and me too
"Go have some rest you're meeting the prince tommorow okay. Don't worry about the dishes i'll take care of them" he said
I mumbled a small 'okay' and headed to my room . I took a long bath and got into my pj's and lay down think about tommorow ,meeting the prince and marrying him the day after tommorow . Then i thought does he love the way i love him i wonder. Then the next thing my eyelids became heavy and i drifted to sleep.
