I'm timid, an introvert, and an obsessive fangirl. But no-one needs to know that on the internet. I have a very successful YouTube channel, where I only sing covers. But I have an irrational case of stage fright, so the only thing you can see when you watch my videos are my lips. It also worked out perfectly, so now I can't be recognized in public - which is especially nice during school. Some stars like to flaunt their fame, but I tend to shy away from crowds, even if they are my loyal fans.

Good mornin’, good mornin’ !
It's great to stay up late,
Good mornin’, good mornin’ to you!
That was the song that always played whenever my phone alarm went off. Even though I adored that song from Singin’ in the Rain, I hated to wake up so early. I had originally intended to play that song in the morning, hoping to wake me up with a positive start - but I didn't. I loathe mornings - especially school mornings. I definitely was not a morning person.
I lazily kicked off my covers, not evening opening my eyes. I rolled over and shut off my annoying alarm. But it wasn't as annoying as nearly all my friend's alarms. They were either that obnoxious honking one, or it was Justin Bieber’s latest “hit.” Ew. But they might as well be the same thing because they're both super annoying. Even more so when it's the first noise you hear.
I finally opened my eyes, sitting up and swinging my legs over the edge of my lovely bed. I trudged into my bathroom, staring at myself in the mirror. I looked like a zombie. No, that's an insult to all zombies.
I checked my complexion in the mirror. “Hello, zit! Welcome to my face. I think I'll name you...Rodrigo.” I proceeded to wash my face as I heard my phone buzz from my bedroom. I didn't have terrible skin, but I was usually visited by a couple weekly zits. After I gently patted my face with a soft cloth, I checked my phone. It wasn't the latest iPhone 23 in pure gold, but it did the job of contacting my friends and family.
It was a text from my good friend Melissa: ayyyy! give me a ride 2 school? ;P
Melissa and I weren't best friends, but we had known each other for nearly five years and did lots of things together. Including drama and swim after school.
i got u girl, I texted back. After that I sniffed my hair, seeing if a shower was needed. I shrugged my shoulders and decided that I could wait another day.
I sighed and walked over to my dresser. I fumbled through each drawer, trying to pick out a cute outfit. Sometimes I felt like being cute and wear Tumblr outfits, but that usually only happens when I binge watch Bethany Mota for too long. Today was one of those days. Except I had been inspired last night.
Perfect.
I held a pink baseball tee, skinny blue jeans, and a classic pair of pink converse in my arms. Though I had tons of pink clothes in my dresser and closet, I rarely ever wore the color (usually only during my “phase”).
Once I slipped on my undergarments and shirt, I checked the time, deciding what I should do with my hair. I struggled to put on my jeans, but when they were on, I had an idea of what to do with my angel-blonde mop. I actually had pin-straight hair, in between thick and thin. I ended up just quickly french braiding my hair into two sections.
I nearly forgot to apply my makeup. I never wore much, but sometimes it was fun to put some on and pretend to be in a Maybelline commercial. After doing that, I left my room and jogged down a short staircase. I entered into the kitchen where my mom had already made me my breakfast. I shoved everything into my mouth, clearing my once-full-plate.

Teen FictionIt doesn't matter if you're a shy innocent person in real life, because on the internet you could be a heartless jerk. No one could truly know your identity. And that's exactly what YouTuber, cover-artist, Bryn Carter liked about it.
