"Hi, Emily!" Steve greeted.

"I've been looking for you two," the girl named Emily stated. "A friend of mine wanted to talk with Alex. I was wondering if you could come?"

"Well.... I dunno.... That's up to (Y/N)," Alex replied.

You eyed Emily suspiciously. "And why does this 'friend' want to see her?" you asked.

"She said that she felt Alex could help her along with her studying. Being a mobologist and all. She loves to work with the hostile ones and she said when she spoke with Alex in the aquarium she picked up a glitter in her eyes," Emily replied, sounding truthful.

"Well, okay. But I'm coming with Alex. Steve, do you want to come?" you said, still unsure of Emily.

Steve was enthralled with playing with Max. Max seemed to be happy as well. "I wanna stay here," Steve said.

"Don't worry!" Emily said, noticing your hesitation. "I'm not gonna bring him home. I was heading to a dog park. I think Steve will like that. The dog park's over that way." Emily pointed to a large field that you assumed to be what was left of the plains biome. People had their dogs running and playing and doing dog things.

You let out a long sigh. You handed Steve an Ender Chest, a diamond sword, and made him put on his diamond chest plate. "Okay. But Steve is trained in combat. Don't hurt him."

Emily nodded and walked to the dog park with Steve and Max trailing behind. You grabbed Alex's hand tightly and began to walk to the coordinates that Emily had written down for you.

"Ow! (Y/N)! Let go!" Alex demanded, struggling to pull her hand free of your grip.

"Oh. Sorry. I'm starting to wish I brought Steve with us..." you mumbled quietly.

"He'll be fine! He knows how to fight! He's not one of those 'goat' things that you tell us about. He's not gonna faint. Whatever that is. Have you fainted? What does it feel like?" Alex began to question you about fainting until you reached the coordinates.

"Here we are!" you said loudly to shut Alex up. You were standing in front of a large wooden house. Some of the blocks looked old while the majority of them looked new. You knocked on the door.

The girl you saw at the aquarium opened the door and looked at Alex. "Oh good! It's you!" she exclaimed. She looked at you. "Who's this?"

"My guardian," Alex responded. The girl giggled, clearly thinking of some inside joke.

"Well just come on in, both of you! The more who know the more New Block will be prepared," the girl grabbed Alex and your arms and dragged you inside. It was relatively neat, she even organized her chests. "Y'see, I like to observe things and look at legends. My favorite one is Herobrine. And when I noticed the way Alex was looking at the page in this book," the girl showed you a purplish book with a golden hand. "I knew she must've met him. I wanna know, what is he like up close?"

You grew worried. If this girl knew about Herobrine and Alex proved it, you could be in some deep shit. "Well, Casey, he's really mean," Alex said.

Alex... you sighed.

"Mean?" Casey asked. "Sounds about right!" She flipped her book to a page with Herobrine, listing every one of his powers. This girl meant business. "Does he have any powers? Teleportation, flying, perhaps?"

"Uh...." Alex began.

You grabbed Alex's hand. "I'm sorry. Are you certain she found interest in the page? Maybe she was wondering why you had a page?" you asked.

"Well, maybe, yeah," Casey ran her finger down the page. "All very plausible, but she looked surprised. Usually people think I'm just a nut job and pass it off. But I guess I could be wrong. Haha, not always the most enchanted tool in the chest."

"Yeah, yeah. Well I've gotta go and get Steve," you said and hurried off, dragging Alex with you.

~Casey's POV~

I watched as Alex's "guardian" rushed off. She was hiding something, and I knew it. But, it would be rude to follow her.

I guessed I'd have to wait for something to happen.
