Chapter 4- The party

~Connor's Pov~

I sat in Parker's living room as we waited for people to arrive.

"Connor, I think I want to ask out Hazel tonight"

"Dude that's great" I smiled

" You should ask out your lover boy" He joked

"He'd never say yes"

"You don't know that"

"He's straight, Parker"

"Or so you think"

"He's straight"

"Fine whatever you say"

I heard the doorbell ring.

Parker went to answer the door and suddenly a whole crowd of people came barging through the door.

They had snacks, and alchohol, and other random things people brought.

There was one person though, that caught my eye.

Jordan.

He was the only one who actually said 'Hi' to Parker. All the others just walked right in.

He's so sweet. I smiled to myself.

~Later in the night~

There were drunk teens everywhere.

There were people making out, people dancing, some people being just plain stupid.

It was a mess.

Jordan was talking to some of his friends when this girl walked up to me.

"Hey cutie, want to dance with me?"

She started to get closer to me.

"Not right now"

"Oh come on, you look lonely"

This girl was obviously drunk. She was slurring her words and stumbling around.

"I think you should sit down"

"I'm fine darling, just dance with me"

She pulled me through the crowd and we were on the dance floor.

I decided to just let her dance with me.

I glanced over to where Jordan was standing and, he was gone.

I'm guessing he went somewhere with his girlfriend, Briana.

~Jordan's Pov~

"Bri, why'd you drag me in here?"

"Babe, I want you to do bad things to me" She bit her lip.

"I think you're drunk"

"No I'm not, baby" She said slurring her words.

I've never told anyone but, I'm a virgin.

I've never loved someone enough to do it with them...

"Bri, let's get you home"

"Baby, no, I'm having fun"

"Come on"

I picked her up bridal style and started walking out of the room.

"Please Jor, let me stay"

"Fine, just don't do anything bad"

"I won't" She smiled and walked out of the room.

I went looking for my friends but then, I saw the boy I bumped into earlier today.

He was dancing with a drunk girl.

I walked up to him.

"Connor, right?"

"Um..yeah"

"Who's this?"

"I really don't know" He laughed

"Would you like to go sit and talk?"

"Yeah sure" He smiled

Wow, his smile is one of those smiles that could light up a whole room.

"How about we go on the front porch, where its a bit quieter" I smiled

"Sure" He smiled his smile again.

Wow.

We walked outside and sat down on the front porch.

"How come we've never talked before?" I asked him.

"Well, I'm not exactly the most social person I guess." He chuckled

"That's alright, not everyone can be"

"I love you"

"What?"

I was surprised, I didn't know what to say.

"Damn I said that out loud, god I'm so dumb"

He got up and walked towards his car.

"Wait" I grabbed his arm.

"You love me?"

"Ever since freshman year.." He said quietly

"When you moved here"

"Wow, I didn't know you were-"

"Gay? Yeah I know, I haven't told people."

"Connor, will you let me try something?...."

"Sure.."

I kissed him. Right on this lips and damn, his lips were so soft.

I wanted to keep this moment forever, to never let it go away, to feel it forever but then, he pulled away.

"Jordan...." He said softly

"I'm gay too..." I said nervously

"I haven't told anyone yet"

He smiled

"Why are you smiling?"

"Because, this is best day of my entire life"

Yessss finally!!!!! Thoughts on the chapter? I know I made them connect a bit too quick but, the story will get better :)
