Tap. Tap. Tap.
You looked up from your book. Outside the living room window stood your boyfriend, Draco Malfoy. You looked at him, pleasantly confused. You weren't supposed to see him for another couple of days, until you got back to school from spring break.
You set your book down and walked across the room to lift up the window.
"Draco. What in Merlin's name are you doing here? And at 1 o'clock in the morning?" You asked him.
"I missed you." He said simply, "Now go get dressed."
You stare at him incredulously, "Did you not just hear me? It's 1 o'clock. In the morning."
"I know. I heard you. Please for me?" He stuck his bottom lip out and gave you his best puppy dog eyes. You merely rolled your eyes at him.
"Ok, fine. Come inside while I change. Don't you dare make a noise though. My parents are asleep, and I don't think they would be to pleased to wake up to their daughter's boyfriend in their house at one in the morning."
"I'll be quieter than a mouse." He whispered, climbing through the window. You turned to hurry upstairs. "Hey. No kiss?" He asked. You turn back to him and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before running quietly up the stairs to change.
You came back downstairs pulling a jacket on over your black t-shirt. "Ok. I'm ready. What are we doing?" Draco stood up from the couch.
"I am taking you on a date." He said walking over to you and taking one of your hands in his, interlacing your fingers.
"You are so lucky that I am a night owl." You laughed as he pulled you toward the window. You grabbed my key from the coffee table where you left it. "How did you get here, by the way?" You asked. Draco nodded to the side of my house where his Nimbus 2001 was leaned casually against a tree.
You shook my head. "You're crazy, you know that?"
"Crazy about you." Draco responded cheekily. "Climb on." Draco said grabbing his broom, swinging one leg over it, and the broom came to life, hovering a few feet off the ground. Draco put a hand out to you to help you up.
"Oh, no Draco. You know I hate flying." You said shaking your head.
"I'll be right here babe. I'm not going to let anything happen to you." You took a deep breath and took his hand swinging yourself up onto the broom. You slid my arms around his torso and held on tightly. Draco kicked off of the ground and soared high into the air. You closed my eyes tightly. "I hate flying, I hate flying, I HATE FLYING," You thought.
"Are we there yet?" You asked after about a minute of flying. You felt Draco's torso rumble as he chuckled.
"Not yet babe. Soon, it's not far." You groaned, all you wanted was to get your feet on solid ground again. The wind rushing past your ears was cold, and you swore to Merlin that you were hit in the face by a bug. Then you landed. You scrambled off the broom, feeling much better now that you could feel the ground.
"You ok?" Draco asked.
"I'm fine. I just don't like flying." You ran a hand through your hair.
"Ok. Now close your eyes." Draco said, suddenly giddy. You looked at him suspiciously, then obliged. You felt Draco come up behind be and put a cloth, or something over your eyes. Draco slid your hand into his. "Now just follow where I lead."
"I swear to Merlin, Draco Lucius Malfoy, if you leave me out here." Draco laughed.
"Never."
You walked for what felt like ages, but what was probably only like two minutes.
"Ok. We are here." Draco let go of your hand to undo the blindfold. When he pulled the cloth away and you were able to see again, you gasped. Draco had set up a little picnic on a small cliff overlooking the city.
"Draco. This is... This is... I love it." You threw your arms around him and kissed him. After you broke apart you both sat down on the blanket and Draco opened the picnic basket. Inside were sandwiches, crisps and few cokes.
"I made the sandwiches myself." Draco said blushing. You nearly spit out the Coke you were drinking.
"Are you telling me that my boyfriend, Draco Malfoy, actually made something with his own two hands? Pinch me, I must be dreaming." You teased.
"Oh, shut up."
You two spent the night laughing together, talking, and eventually throwing food at each other.
"The view is beautiful, Draco." You said dreamily looking at the city lights as you leaned back, laying down to stare at the stars.
"Not as beautiful as the one I'm looking at." Draco said wistfully. You turned to look at him. He had his eyes fixed on you instead of the sky. You smiled at him and he pulled you close to him. You put your head on his chest and one of his arms was protectively placed around your shoulders/back. He kissed your forehead.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
Those were your first 'I love you's'.

FanfictionSo I've been more and more into writing random one shots for fandoms and/or celebrities. I decided that I should share some of these, so they aren't just sitting on my Google Drive with no one to read them but me. I'm not planning to take requests...
