"What?" She giggled softly at me.

"I'm actually a teacher." I smirked as I took a swig of my drink and she looked at me with a serious face as she gulped down her drink.

"You serious?" She asked after her pause and I giggled as I nodded.

"Yes ma'am." I giggled and she started to chuckle.

"No fucking way." She deadpanned and I laughed at her reaction. "You're really a teacher?"

"Yep." I chuckled as my cheeks had a permanent blush across it.

"Oh my god I told you!" Lauren exclaimed and I laughed with her.

"I told you, you were going to be a teacher. Remember back in Senior year we uh we were in Mr. Nickson's Health class." Lauren giggled and I reminisced the same day, how could I ever forget? She was being the cutest little shit ever as she risked getting a slip to the principles office to sit next to me.

"How could I forget?" I chuckled and she lightly smirked to herself and I knew she was probably thinking about that day. I remember we came in late because we almost got caught having sex at my house.

I laughed to myself, "Well I see you're not a poet." I waved her off and she let out a laugh.

"Hey. I could be, I could probably submit a poem to a publisher right now if I wanted to but ya know fame isn't my thing." She jokingly said causing me to giggle genuinely and her to look at me with a soft smile.

"Anyway, what do you teach?" She asked me and I bit my lip as I glanced into her eyes.

"Math." I simply said and she got excited again.

"Ooh now you're just giving me the satisfaction, maybe I should put a future teller on my resume." Lauren joked again and I started laughing again. I loved how natural our conversation was and how genuine our laughs were.

"What grade?" She asked and I smirked, "Wait let me guess.." She trailed off and squinted her eyes. "Fifth?" She said unsure and I giggled.

"Ninth," I corrected and she grimaced.

"Ew." She said and I raised my eyebrows amused and she bursted out with laughter. "Not to be offensive but ew why ninth grade math?" She chuckled along with me.

"I don't really know I mean I've always been good at algebra so I just thought it'd suit me." I shrugged drinking the last of my drink.

"I could probably use some tutoring also Ms. Cabello." Lauren chuckled and I bit my lip before laughing at her.

"I don't think you need it architect you've probably mastered math already." I giggled and she quirked an eyebrow up as she laughed.

"Sorta kinda." She shrugged with a wide charming smile that warmed my heart to the fullest.

"But that school is a death trap." Lauren said and I frowned slightly with a chuckle.

"Why?"

"Because having you walking around that school everyday someone is bound to have a heart attack." Lauren said causing heat to rise up on my cheeks and I smiled down at my heels.

"You're telling me Jauregui I mean look at you. You look really good, like really really good." I mumbled as I took another full look of her body but Lauren didn't move her body nor did she move her gaze on me.

"You flirtin' with me Cabello?" She smirked playfully and I giggled at her.

"Maybe, you work out?" I playfully said back and she smiled even more widely as she ran a hand through her hair.
