A little boy stood in the midst of destruction, covered in blood that isn't his with tears falling down his face. Everything burned houses, guilds, nature, corpses, magicians, and the thing that burns the most...are the fairies. The first master just stared at the boy who cries over the friends that died at his hand, she stepped closer hopping to calm him but he looked at her and backed away.
He was scared, scared of what he did, scared of what he can do, scared of Mavis, and scared of what he wants to do. But he couldn't let the power go out of control, so he closed his eyes and used the power he used to kill everything he loved on himself. Mavis watched the boys skin go pale and watched him drop all magic draining from his body.
She ran to him, not caring what happens to her anymore. When she gets to his body she know that he will die if she doesn't do anything and she can't lose another of her fairies, then it came to her. A fairy forbidden magic spell.
"Fairy magic: FAIRY BLESSING!" she screams at the boy lying and the fairy magic in her aura goes to him and becomes one with his blood. His body jerks up as the failing organs inside him kick start again and his body trying to reject the foreign magic. He screams in pain as body becomes blessed with fairy magic from the strongest fairy magic user.
He rolls over and spits out blood, and the screams again at the pain. Tears coming down his eyes, and his eyes change color. Everything about him is changing and his magic is changing. His magic changed to a type of fairy magic forgotten, his magic becomes fairy slayer magic, but his old magic that Mavis think's that left his body just sealed itself away, until the magic is needed.
"King-chan, I know you won't forgive me for doing this, but you need to know." she whispers to boy lying in her arms, his color returning.
"Mavy?" he whispers with a hoarse voice that broke her heart.
"You are a fairy and yet you are a slayer of fairies too, but its your choice whether you will join or slay the fairies. You are my fairy king, you hold great power, the power or a fairy and a slayer, use it wisely King-chan." her voice cracks as the tears start falling down her eyes as she knows this may be the last time she sees here beloved little fairy king.
"Goodbye King-chan." she whispers to the boy as he starts to open his eyes and start to say something. "Fairy Magic: Fairy Departure." she whispers and the boy vanishes in the blinding light of fairy magic.
Mavis falls over her blood pouring out of the wound she got from him but forgot about him, she closes her eyes as the darkness approaches. But she hears familiar foot steps, "Protect him Zeref, the fairy needs to live on with him."
She doesn't hear a reply but she knows he'll still do it. She smiles as death creeps over her, but she doesn't smile at death, she smiles at the fact that she knows he'll be safe because she sent her beloved fairy to another world, to another Mavis, and to another Fairy Tail. She lets out her last breath as death finally takes the fairy mage to the world beyond.
