The Nature of Humans

9 2 2

We see the clouds
But never the sun
We see the deaths
But never the births
We see the war
But never the peace
We see the destruction
But never the creation
We see the cruelty
But never the affection
We see the chaos
But never the tranquility
This is the nature of humans
We cling to the wicked
And we repel the compassionate
We see the error in others
But never ourselves
This is the nature of humans
