Are you satisfied?
That is the question that separates you and I
Have you been searching for something your entire life
Is there a craving that keeps you awake at night
There is a lost look in your eyes
You are shaking with anticipation
Your goal is so close
That you can almost taste it
I've had that feeling
But unlike you, I've silence my demons
They no longer poison me with greed
And I no longer want to take everything that I see
Your problem is that you take
Your problem is your lack of shame
Trying to numb the pounding pain
That bothers you both night and day
So you continue to feed this "feeling"
Despite all the lives you destroy
Nothing, but a deceitful figure
Whose only intentions are to toy
The question arises again
Sent out to millions of men
You may obtain many things throughout your life
But are you truly satisfied?
