Y/N POV

Oh my gosh!! Last night was amazing. I don't know if I'm just excited about last night or if I really mean this, but I want to be with Odell forever. He brings this light that's different from others. It's not like the sun or a light bulb, star, moon whatever, he's just different. Today just happens to be a special day for mostly girls. A month from today is I and Odell's year anniversary. I'm beyond happy. I feel like this year with him went by so fast but so worth it. Ok so, on to today... I'm making breakfast for my baby. He's still sleeping, well I means it's 9:00am but usually he's up by 7:00am. He might just be tired. He has a lot of training to get to today so I figured I could ease the tension and make breakfast.

5 minutes later

I just finished making breakfast and I put everything on a tray. I walked carefully upstairs and to the bedroom. I see Odell on his phone but when he sees me he locks it really fast. I didn't really pay any mind to it but it was strange.

O - I was wondering where you were. Thank you baby, but if you don't mind me asking - what's all this for?

Y - What was all the surprises for last night?

O - Because I love you, just a gift from yours truly

Y - Well, here's my gift...not much but -

O - It's the thought that counts, thank you baby

Y - Water, Apple Juice, or Orange Juice?

O - Water, thanks baby

I gave him a kiss then went downstairs to get his water. My phone began to buzz in my back pocket. As I looked at the caller ID it read My Baby😘 indicating that Odell was calling me. I answered, but once he figured out he called me he laughed and apologized before explaining he obviously called the wrong person. I walked back upstairs to him quickly hanging up the phone and accepting the water.

Y - Umm, am I disrupting?

O - No, just business baby

Y - I'm sure you wouldn't hang up on business like that.

O - It's nothing serious baby

Y - Sure *rolls eyes but brushes it off* How's the food?

O - Amazing, you should cook more

I smiled then grabbed some clothes and went to the bathroom. I showered/ hygiene all that good stuff. When leaving the bathroom I noticed Odell wasn't in the bedroom anymore. I went to the kitchen to see the tray and plates in the sink. I could finally hear Odell in the basement, clearly on the phone.

On the phone -

O - Yea I'll take care of it

O - You shouldn't be doing anything, if you come anywhere near her, you'll regret it

O - Yea, ok

O - Whatever, bye

End Phone Call -

Y - Who was that baby?

O - Business, I have to take care of some things

Y - Baby, look at me, are you ok? * hands holding his face*

O - I'm fine baby, believe me* kisses you then brushes passed you*

Odell POV

I walked upstairs to the living room and turned on the tv. I'm really stressed out, between football/workouts and y/n. She's my queen, I just have to make sure I keep her safe. There's a lot of secrets she doesn't know about and more I don't know. I got myself into a lot of things that don't just go away. I made a deal with a guy named Marcus. I've made a deal with him before, but it was a one time thing. Plus this was a while ago, like before I met y/n to be somewhat accurate. The deal was if I took care of a couple people he'd pay me $20,000 each job. I decided that I didn't want to do this anymore and he's not happy about that. The jobs aren't hard, it's not like I'm killing anyone but it's just uncomfortable and unnecessary. These jobs, he could do himself but he threatened my baby so I'm kind of stuck. He said if I didn't do 5 more jobs he'd come for my girl. He made it clear that she would pay for it by giving her life. She needs me and I can't keep this up. I'm not hurting anyone but y/n because I'm removing my attention from her. I love her and I want to make things work but I can't put her in danger. She's always held me down and I just want to make her happy. So with everything said, I'm just going to get these 5 jobs done and it'll be over.

Y - Odell? Odell?! Odell, Baby?!? *waving hand in his face*

O - Yes, sorry I was thinking

Y - *feels his forehead* Baby, you're hot! Are you feeling ok?

O - Yes I'm fine * coughing*

Y - I'm going to make you some tea

See what I mean!! I'm not even sick and she already got me. I went upstairs and put on some sweatpants and a tank top then proceed to leave the house.

Y - Baby! Where are you going?!? You need to stay home

O - I have my training today baby

Y - You're getting sick baby please stay here with me *looking down about to cry*

O - Ok fine *lifts her chin and kisses her cheek* I'll call in. Can I sit on the porch? I need some fresh air. *walks out*

I just looked out and was thinking. Thinking of maybe a way out.

Y/N POV

I looked in the window to see my baby so depressed. Somethings wrong, but I won't worry him about. He's a big boy, he'll come to me when he needs me. I went outside and just wrapped my arms around his waist and kissed his back. I rubbed his back hoping that I was comforting him. He turned around and just looked at me. I noticed I couldn't look at him in the eyes. I saw pain, like he was begging for help but only it was through his eyes. He grabbed my face and kissed me slowly. He slowly started to jerk in my arms. I pulled away to look at my crying boyfriend.

Y - Come here baby*holds him in her arms*
