Status Update : No Source Found

Today was a bit different than every other day . It was overcast darkening the already dim night . Mari ; a girl about 5'4 with hazel eyes and light brown hair that fell to her chin , was a little worried wondering if her friends would make it back safely or not. She missed them dearly and was starting to feel a little insecure as she walked back from hand-delivering a letter to an unknown source . She walked back down the old, beaten path to her new home ; Sarine Capital . Mari finally got home and leaned against the wall outside. She slid into a squatting position and looked up at the pale moon. She felt a smile crept onto her face . She quickly got up and went inside .

" Hello?" Mari asked as she walked inside sliding though the giant doors . No reply . She searched the room only to find nothing. Walking into her room, she caught a small orange figure out of the corner of her eye . "Ruin!" Mari exclaimed at the sight of the small fox. She picked him up and buried her nose in his fur. " I missed you papas " she said as the fox licked her face repeatedly . She put Ruin down and walked into her room with him following . Mari walked in, turned on the radio, jumped on her bed , got into a comfortable position , and settled down with a book . Mari had just gotten into it, when a fimiliar voice jolted her out of it. "No hello? No nothing ?" . Mari looked up from her book to find Anja ; a girl about 5'2 , dark brown hair that fell to her shoulders , and glasses covering the eyes that matched her hair . Immediately Mari had jumped up and was in front of her and was hugging her in two large steps . "Anja!" Mari almost screamed " Mari! " Anja said less screamy . "And for your information I did say hello ." Mari smirked "Hmmmm well.. Say it louder next time " Anja smiled . Her smile faded and looked down " I'm starving . Come " Anja grabbed Mari's wrist " No your always starving and I'm not hungry anyway " Mari whined " You will this time ." Anja smiled evilly . " Eh uhhh no " Mari straitened herself and crossed her arms " I'm not hungry " " Ok have it your way then.." Mari looked up to find Anja grabbing her hand with her wicked smile . " EH NO IM NOT HUNGRY !" Mari yelled as she was drug by her arm to the cafeteria . Anja finally let go of her hand and she swiped it away and out of anyone's grasp . She looked up and her best friends her hovering over her , concerned looks on their faces . As she stood she saw the enormous amount of food over-flowing on the tables . " I-I missed you guys " Mari stuttered . " I missed all this wonderful food " Anja said with a hand-full of coffee buns . All of them rolled their eyes smiling . Mari anxiously pulled them all into a hug and squeezed tightly . " So was it fun? " Mari asked , wanting to know every detail of what it was like , in Japan . " Well we didn't have any time to go sight-seeing , Akihiro only gave us time to finish our job and get home ASAP. " a girl 5'3 stood with a more brown then blonde hair tone. " Eh . Sometimes he can be such a buzz kill " Mari said her sarcastic look getting across and they laughed . A cold hand pulled her away from the small group of her friends and before she could see who it was , was already outside of the cafeteria and in front of her stood the tall , 6'3 man with black hair and emerald colored eyes . " Ah- Akihiro heyy" Mari smiled awkwardly " Your forgiven " he sighed , his hand retreating to his face -stained with worry- " I-is there something I have to deliver?" Mari questioned " No . Worse." his voice was deep and it seemed he was stressed . " What then?" Mari was " Theres been disturbances in small towns" " theres been a disturbance in the force " Mari muttered under her breath " I need you to go with them to clear out the.. Demons " Akihiro said authoritatively " What ?!" "Yes it's gotten much more complicated then getting lost trying to deliver letters . I'll get the coordinates to you guys tomarrow ." "k" Mari walked out for some air , her spine cracking and was in wolf form the minute the door shut . Mari ran through the charred trees until she got to the one that was still alive - partly . She sighed knowing someone was probably knocking on her door as she sat there . Finally she decided to go back even though her wolf pleaded otherwise . Once she got to the back of the Victorian style mansion she unscrewed the loose screws and climbed through the vent till she got to her room . She gently placed herself on the ground and turned into her original form . She hurried around her room to get some cloths before anyone knocked .
