Ch.2

Luke's Pov
I wake up at 7:30 p.m. and get out of bed. I walk to Amelia room to see her asleep than I go to Ashton's room to see him asleep kissing his pillow. Niall comes walking into Ashton's room to see and an asleep ash kissing the pillow. Niall:"What is he doing". Me:"Making out with the pillow". Niall:"Im going downstairs before I see him doing othetr things to the pillow". We walk out to hear Asthon talking to the pillow. Niall:"If he starts moaning we are taking Amelia and leaving for a little bit". After an hour we start to hear Ashton moaning. Niall:"Go get Amelia with a bag and lets go". I run upstairs and run into Amelia room. After we have the things we leave the house.

Michael's Pov
Luke,Asthon and Niall leave after Niall comes back from talking to the teacher. Calum:"Amelia is cute". Me:"Yea but Luke,Asthon and Niall know how to take care of her and they met her today". Harry:"Is it just me or does Amelia look a little like Luke". Me:"She does". We all get the stuff from the parents than head to my and calum house. The baby starts crying in the car after 10 minutes. Calum:"shh". The baby stops crying and fells asleep. After a few hours we head out to eat and when we get there we all see Luke,Niall and Amelia. Luke and Niall look different because they are not wearing glasses. Niall has on a black t-shirt with black skinny jeans with white shoes along a green snapback back with his name on it. Luke has on the same thing as Niall with not the snapback on.
Luke's Pov
Me and Niall headed to the cafe to get something to eat. Joy:"Luke Niall". Me:"What". Joy:"Aunt Ruby wants to talk to you". Niall:"About what". Joy:"I dont know". We are yelling and everyone knows at the stuff and stuff's family yell. Niall:"Joy come watch Amelia". Joy:"Where is Asthon". Niall:"At home". Jessica:"Why is Ash at home". Me &Niall:"You dont want to know". We walk past Michael and his freinds and into Aunt Ruby's office. Ruby:"Luke and Niall sit". I sit down same with Niall. Ruby:"Maddline parents want to see Amelia". Me:"No way". Niall:"Maddline parents cant get to Amelia". Ruby:"No because Luke has full custody over Amelia and all judges knows what Maddline did when pregnant with Amelia". Me:"Good because they will not see Amelia". Ruby:"You guys can go". We walk out and Niall walks over to Joy,Jessica and Amelia. Harry:"Hemmings". I walk over to them. Me:"Hi". Liam:"what happened to your glass". Liam was cut off by Zayn. Zayn:"Hemmings family in here now and Niall". Sam:"Zayn what is going on". Emma:"Its Madeline parents". Niall:"What about them". Zayn:"They showed up at the day care looking for you Luke with custody papers". Me:"Hell no". Joy:"Zayn take Amelia to Lukes office". Zayn nods and grabs Amelia and her things. Than Madeline parents walk in and look at me. Karie:"Luke". Me:"Bitch". Mike:"Dont talk to her at way". Niall:"Why are you here". Karie:"We want full custody of Amelia". Me:Michael,Harry,Calum,Louis and Liam get out of here". They all walk out of the cafe. Me:"Im not giving you custody Amelia". Kaire:"Why not". Ruby:"Your slut daughter tryed to kill Amelia and keep sleeping with guys when she was pregnant. so no your not geting custody of her". Me:"I have full custody of her and Im going to get a restraining order for all my family,friends and the restraining order will say you have to stay away from all for us and if you break it I will have you arrested". They leave and Zayn comes out with Amelia. Jessica:"You guys should head home you have school tomorrow". We get back home to see Ashton, Michael, Calum,Harry,Liam and Louis on the couch. Ash:"Oh my god are you guys ok". Niall:"Yea". I take Amelia to her room than head back downstairs. Ash:"What happened". Niall:"Kaire and Mike want full custody of Amelia". Ash:"No f**king way is that going to happen". Me:"Im getting a restraining order on them for me,Amelia,my family,Ash and Niall". Ashton:"Thank god because if they got custody Amelia would be a slut like Madeline". Me:"Why are they here". Ash:"I was dreaming and asleep than the door bell keeps going off and I open the door and they tell me at some people want custody of Amelia". Me&Niall:"Have a nice dream". Ash:"Yes". Niall:"I feel sorry for your body pillow". Ash:"Oh god". Me:"Why do you think we left with Amelia". Ash:"Sorry about at". Niall:" Sure you do Ash".
