I love this cover and decided to teach you how to make it.
So first you need to open this as your back ground.

Open your first picture and put it on screen in the transform tab. Erase the unwanted parts then merge. And do the same to your other picture.

Next open this as your foreground.

Go to the filter tab and invert the colours (put it on screen if you haven't already.)
Add this on four times in each corner.

To colour the eyes open the colour as a foreground and make it an overlay.
Then erase it all and fill in what you need.
