Every schoolday seems the same to me: I wake up, do my morning routine, eat, then head to school. I would just simply SAVE ENERGY. But what exactly do I mean by "saving energy?"
You see, you will sometimes feel tired at the end of the day, because you used most of the "energy" inside you. By conserving that energy, you can live out your day with conscious decisions (instead of doing stupid things).
So, what I would do as an 8th grader is simply minimize communication, as I felt that that really took the most out of me. As a result, it became a rarity that I would ever talk voluntarily or smile - and getting me to laugh was more like an achievement. Even my clothings were essentially the same: a white polo, long black socks, black shoes, jeans, and a black jacket.
It just felt like a routine to me. But despite the human race saying routines are boring, I actually considered them sort of fun, as they kept me in order and at minimal concern for my apparel and conversational strategies.
