"Xander, I need to leave NOW!"

I yell trying to get together the little valuables i have. I grab my small bag on the red carpetted floor.

"Do you have to leave Ebony....honestly?" I didnt even answer he knows i have to leave.

"This week has been great, really it has, but i need to leave. I found hair in my car. They probably have it wired" I say getting ready to walk out the door

" You never told me why you were always on the run i mean maybe i can help....get you help if i cant help you myself. I dont want you to leave."

"And i dont want to leave either-" I cut myself off. I cant show emotion. Hes like a brother to me and I would be dead if he didnt  run into me that day as i was running away from my enemies. I owed him something....but i couldnt give it. " I just have to go" I say last minute trying to hurry and get out before i say something that i didnt mean....or maybe say something i did mean.

He hugged so tight i felt the grip on my bag lighten. As it started to slip out i heard a tick inside.

"Xander, dont move."  I tried not to make him jump because the lightest thing could set off the biggiest boom ever witnessed.

As i look inside my bag i see a chip in the bottom of my bag.

"Crap" i say looking around trying to find a way to destroy the signal.

as i look around i hear him saying something....."What is it-" I dont have time to listen i need a way out....I dont have long.

"They are tracking this bag-" I run inside to get the keys to my jeep i stole maybe a day ago. "-Get in the car we need to go...now"

He looked confused. I grabbed his hand and pulled him, while i was half running. Xander is big tanned all the time, strong, older, and -if i had to be honest- good looking. He could have made it out alive with his smarts and quick thinking but he was glued. Before i could get him to move a brown car pulled up......great.
