When you meet

Atem

You had been working at the palace for a month now and all anyone ever seemed to speak of was the pharaoh. You yourself had never seen him but with what you had heard he was a great man. You sighed and picked up a dish before turning around and walking towards the dining room. You walked in and was headed towards the table when a group off royal children walked by and made you drop the dish you were holding and fall backwards. You closed your eyes, expecting to fall but when you didn't hit the ground you slowly opened your eyes and gasped. You quickly jumped out of the royals arms and sunk to your knees bowing as the man looked at you amused. "Your welcome" He said smiling as he walked off, leaving you blushing to pick up the fallen grapes.

Yugi

You were new to domino high and very nervous. "Y/N TIME TO GET UP" Your mom called from downstairs. You groaned and dragged yourself out of bed before grabbing your clothes and walking into the bathroom to get changed.

Time skip

"Everyone we have a new student" The teacher (Sensei) said. You bowed and glanced up to see a boy with tri colored hair staring at you. "Moutu please stand up" Sensei said and the boy stood up, blushing like mad. "Y/n you will sit by Mr Moutu" She said and you nodded, bowing before sitting down. "I'm Y/n" You said and the boy smiled, still a tad pink. "I'm yugi" He replied and you smiled.

"Y/n, Yugi perhaps you would like to continue that conversation in detention?"

Yami

You grinned to yourself as you worked at yours and your brothers store selling Dungeon dice. Your brother was inside the dueling rink answering to someone who said duel monsters was better or something. After about an hour you were ready to close shop when they came out. "Duke?" You questioned as your brother was looking dazed. "He beat me" Was all he said and you looked to see a guy with tri colored hair and a stern but caring look in his eyes staring at you. Joey

You were always known as the "Bad kid". But really it was everyone else that started it by bullying you and calling you names so in return you punched the lights out of them. You walked into detention, coolly. The first sight you saw surprised you. Yugi Moutu, the nicest guy in the school, along with a blond kid, were in detention. "Yugi?" You questioned as you sat by him on his right, the other boy on his left. "Ma fault miss" The boy said slouching in his seat. You gave him a curious look before he smirked at you. "Names Joey Wheeler" He said and you smiled and nodded. "Y/n's my name Joey" You said and he nodded as the teacher gave you both another detention.

Seto

You were walking down the street when a man with a duel disk shoved you on the ground and ran. "Jerk!" You shouted and he turned around and flipped you off before running as two men in black suits ran after him. Your natural curiosity got the best of you so you went to follow him before you realized they were gone.
