Ha did you think I was actually going to run late? No way I love my job so made sure to get there 45 minutes early. Any ways I started walking into the break room to grab some coffee while the great air conditioning blew my ginger hair backwards.
I stepped inside and omg CARSON!! I haven't seen him in a while. Carson was one of my best friends but we never get to hang out because we are always busy. Lets just say Charleston industries doesn't exactly give us all the time in the world. I walked up to him with the biggest smile on my face and gave him a hug
"Hey sunshine how's it going" Carson asked returning the same big grin "Good just getting my coffee like usual" " hey what time is your lunch break"?Carson asked high a slight glint of hope in his eyes. I was a little confused by why he asked this but I told him it was at noon
"That's great my lunch break was rescheduled so it's the same time now, wanna grab some lunch together"?
"Of course! well I'll see you then Carson"I walked away waving my hand goodbye.
I shouldn't have been confused since our schedules are always changing, but I'm still really happy I get to see him for at least an hour every day, since my schedule is long going from 8:00 am to 7pm at night. I stepped in the elevator and waited a while to get to the 69th floor. I know my office is high up but you get promoted by level of floor and while I've been here for 7 years I've worked my way up. You might be wondering why I haven't moved up to the 70th floor yet well that's an easy answer there are only 2 offices up there 1 for the boss and 1 for the assistant. Well his assistant .
I walked into my office and sat down sipping on my hot coffee. Mm mm I love that flavor going into my mouth.
I got onto my laptop and started designing clothes. I know I'm a designer.... Just not for this company. I design clothes in my free time and since I don't know what I'm doing today and I have 30 minutes till my job actually starts.
You see I don't Know what I do until 9am at 9am I get sent what todo for today. The reason I like this job is , because Charleston is diverse. That's why Mr. Charleston who is the boss is a billionaire. One day I might be designing clothes to writing up a new menu for one of the company partner restaurants .
