----Two Days Later--Early Morning---"Dagoba Municipal Beach Park"---

There stood Izu-kun pulling a refrigerator with a rope, while All Might in his Hero Form sitting on top of it, making it harder to pull it..move it...

meanwhile... [Y/n] on the other hand... is doing push-ups?.......with a microwave tied onto her back...

"Hey,Hey,Hey! This is such a comfy fridge to sit on!" All Might said...

suddenly at the same time, Izuku collapsed tiredly on the ground,the fridge not even moving an inch, meanwhile [Y/n] on her first try she fell down quickly...

-{A/n: I'll call him Izuku when it's my POV, if its your pov, I'll call him Izu-kun}-

All Might then glanced at the two, kids that is now lying on the ground tiredly...

"If you could move it even a little,it would be a little easier." All Might said as he glanced at Izuku

"And you, If you could at least do 1 or 2 push-ups, it would be a little easier." All Might said as he glanced at [Y/n]

"Well yeah, I mean, you weigh 274 kilograms, right?" Izuku said as he glanced at All might 

"No, I lost weight, so I'm only 255 kilograms now, in this form." All Might said as he glanced back at Izuku..

"H-how..m-much does this Microwave...weigh?..." [Y/n] said as she tries to sit up...

"200 kilograms." All Might said bluntly

[Y/n] then suddenly fell down again after her attempt to sit up, once she heard what All Might said...

'I might break my back..then..' [Y/n] thought as she had animation tears on her face..

"Anyway, why am I dragging trash at the beach park? and why is [Y/n] doing exercises with trashes?" Izuku said

All Might then laughed and said "It's cause, you know, you both are not proper vessels." All Might then started taking pictures of both [Y/n] and Izuku on the ground exhausted....

both of [Y/n] and Izuku then flinched once they heard what All might said..

they then Glanced at all might with animation tears..

as they say at the same time, "What you're saying now is the opposite of what you said before!"

"Wahhhh!!!" both then screamed as they glanced back at the ground..

"I'm talking about your bodies." All Might said.. as he approached the two..

the two then stopped and glanced at All Might..

"My Quirk, One For All, is the fullest physical ability of many people gathered into one." All Might said

"An unprepared body cannot inherit it fully." {All Might}

"The limbs will come and the body will explode." He said once again...

"The limbs will what..?!?!?!" The two kids said fearfully
