*Myra*
Boom!
Jolting awake I look around and stand in front of Beth protectively. "Calm down Delta." Cameron laughed. Huffing I sit down and hold Beth's hand again. The seat next to me was pushed to the other side and Cameron sat down. "You found the Omega in the woods?" Cameron inquired while moving a stray price of hair away from her face.
"Yeah I did." My voice was still groggy from sleep. "Alpha wants to talk to you." "Well I'm not gonna leave Beth here." I retorted. Raising an eyebrow with a smirk he stood up and loomed over me. "I'll watch her. Now go" His voice left no objections. Sighing in annoyance I left the room closing the door silently.
*30 minutes later. Myra P.O.V.*
Walking in the hospital room I see a panicking wide awake Beth and a quizzical looking Beta. Frowning I push him away lightly and walk over to Beth.
"Hey. I'm Myra. How you feeling?" My voice had softened and she calmed down a bit. "I-I'm ok I guess. I feel a bit queasy honestly. Plus the Beta is kinda ... scary...." She choked out. Nodding my head I tell Cameron to leave.
"Beth. I wanna know about you." Her head shot up like a rocket. It was a miracle she didn't get whiplash. "I'm not really interesting." She whispered while looking at her hands. Taking her hand in mine I smile gently. Sighing she finally spoke.
"I'm obviously an Omega. I have a mother who is very kind. A father who is was indecisive, and 3 brothers." She spoke fondly of her mum but the others she spoke with terror in her eyes. Nodding my head she decides to continue. "I like a lot of rock music but I like some pop music. I love Johnny Cash. Umm... Oh! I really like to sing and play piano." Her eyes lit up in excitement.
"That's very interesting. Do you mind telling me about the Alpha or person who hurt you?" My voice was gentle and I didn't want her to freak out again. "My Alpha wasn't the best. He had an Omega but she was killed. He said I looked like her so he decided to treat me like trash. Telling me I should have died. Since no one would go against Alpha's word. I ran away and you found me." Her voice was filled with sadness and fear.
"That's horrible. I'd say sorry but I know it won't help any." She only nodded. "I spoke with my Alpha before you came to. He said you are welcomed in our pack of you want to." Speaking hopefully as she looked in my eyes. Her eyes were honestly beautiful. Smiling she nodded her head happily.
"W-wait. Will I be hurt here because I'm an Omega?" Then she went again being afraid. "No Beth. I promise you I will protect you. I asked my Alpha and he had allowed me to protect you." I spoke bluntly. She gave me a relieved look and I smiled. "Alright Beth. You feel up to walking around a bit?" She contemplated this for a moment and finally nodded.
Standing up out of my seat. I begin to unhook her from the heart rate monitor and help her up. As soon as she touched the ground she became energetic and went to sprint to the door. Taking her arm gently we walk slowly and she pouts. "You have to take it easy Beth." My voice came out like a mother would scold a child. Sighing she gave in and we began to walk around the pack and talk a lot.
