A person with a specific abnormality. Some call it a peculiarity, others a mutation but here, its called a savantry. The savantries usually develop around puberty and is usually passed down from ancestry. First, they came in signs.
I first felt it on a motorcycle with my dad. We were heading back from the movies when I felt a sudden chill running up my legs. The day had been cooling but not cold. What I felt was different, abnormal.
We were riding along the freeway when I caught a glimpse of the rear view mirror. The sky was dark and stormy but with clear skies ahead. I had my speculations, tying together the chill and the abnormal skies.
What bothered me the most was that the clouds seemed to be following us. Or maybe, just me.
