Simon's POV

I was shaking. Is Courtney dead? I knew Jax and Chloe did this. The police were walking around and they spotted a light in a building. They busted the door open and saw everything.

Jasmine and Courntey were doing their operations. I was incredibly worried. Adam was pacing around.

' Mr Minter? ' I heard a doctor say

I instantly looked up and Adam stopped pacing. I ran up to him

' Are they okay? Are they dead? Is everything okay? Do they have a major injur- ' I was asking but I got cut off

' Dad, calm down ' Adam said and placed a hand on my shoulder

I sighed and looked at the doctor

' Well, Jasmine is fine. She just has some bruises and cuts but She'll survive. But... However...um.. Well Courtney...' The doctor said

' What about her!!! ' I almost shouted

' Well, you see, Jasmine responded to the test we gave her. But Courtney... She um, she didn't respond ' the doctor said as I gasped

' Does that mean... Does that mean.. ' I said and began to panic

' No, well..um... So were going to give some more tests and give her more chances to respond. If she does, that's good news. If she doesn't, well it's bad news.. ' the doctor said as I wiped a tear

I took a seat and so did Adam

' Mr Minter, always know that Most people can't survive if they got shot twice with a gun... ' The Doctor said

And with that, he was gone.
