"You make no sense, you know that?"
He fell silent. "What are you talking about?"
I crossed my arms. I should've known better than to think he wouldn't act like this. "Yesterday."
I heard him suck in his breath, then silence. No "You can't prove it was me" or "we can't talk about that here" like I had expected. Just silence. "...You're welcome.", he mumbled after what seemed like forever.
"I was going to thank you, actually.", I said challenging his slightly snippy tone. "But I also wanted to tell you you don't have to go out of your way to do something like that again."
He laughed softly. "Who said I was going out of my way? I was hungry. There was a place to eat not far from where you lived."
"So you went through the trouble of going through the company file to look for my address?"
'Well, you were just laying there and taking up space.", he said with a shrug.
"Okay then.", I said. I was about ready to drop the subject but my tone must have sounded a bit incredulous because that's when Jaebum got slightly defensive.
"Don't get used to it though. You know how hard it is to carry a girl I can barley tolerate up a flight of stairs?"
I was about to challenge him again, seeing as I was a little more than half his size, but I didn't like it any more than he did. "Well, you don't have to do it again. I'm a big girl. I can do things myself."
"Ah, I'm not too sure about that.", he retorted. "We'll see."
I didn't say anything and glared at him instead. He stepped aside to let me back inside, but didnt do so without a smirk. I reentered the practice room putting on an act that would put even the best performers to shame.
Jackson and Bambam appeared to be on good terms again, as they walked over to me clutching their stomachs, as if they hadn't eaten in years.
"Red.", whined Jackson. "Do you think could stop and get us some food."
"We kinda sorta skipped breakfast.", added Bambam.
The rest of the boys grumbled in agreement.
I laughed. "You know you guys dont have to make a big fuss like this. It's literally my job to do things for you guys." They seemed to become a little more relieved, but I had to remind them about this kind of thing all the time. "What are you guys in the mood for?"
"Well, there's this really good restaurant downtown...", started Jinyoung. He proceeded to tell me the name and location, but I soon realized I had no idea where it was.
The boys all made their requests without hesitation. "I'll try my best to get back as soon as possible, alright?"
Jaebum must've noticed my uncertainty, because he laughed and pulled me aside. "You have no idea where you're supposed to go, do you?"
I reluctantly shook my head.
"It's alright, Red. We go there all the time. I know the route by heart. I'll tell you exactly how to get there..."

lackluster, but im not too concerned with that at the moment. i know i haven't updated in a while guys.
well, i finally met the boys this Wednesday during FLYinNYC day two! they are so beautiful in real life. jaebum is just ... he's beautiful and intimidating all at once. and he said hi to me and ive never nutted so quick. and my other bias bambam said me loved me back. and YALL Jackson was such a sweetheart omg. it was literally the best night ever i wish i could go back :')
okay, but, now i want to move on to something a lot more serious. as a person of color, i felt like it was very important to speak on this. its regarding the current events (shootings, police brutality...) that are becoming all too common. its sickening to know that many of us are becoming desensitized to these things. we shouldn't have to be used to this. we shouldn't have to be tired. I am a proud advocate of the #BLACKLIVESMATTER movement, and if you're ready to hit me with some all lives matter bullshit, then be prepared to unfollow now. do not bother debating with me. if all lives really mattered, then why aren't us minorities treated as such? please keeps the victims of police brutality or unjust violence from around the world in your thoughts. the world is becoming such a scary place. i am so terrified to see what will become of it.
so, please keep your loved ones close, especially the ones who aren't white because we live in fear wondering if we or our brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers will perish at the hands of such terrible people. if youre not black, please domt try to speak over those who already barelt have a voice. do your best to be our ally. of we stand divided our cause will only fail. if you have any questions on the moment, feel free to ask me. please stay safe everyone. i love you all.
