Dan peddled his bicycle down the empty street of his neighborhood. He made sure it wasn't too windy or else his skirt might fly up again like last time

"Dan!" A familiar voice piped up from afar

Dan gradually pressed down on his brakes and stopped on the side of the street. He turned his head around to see who shouted his name but no one was there to be seen

"Boo!" A high pitched squeal was heard and a pair of small hands tickled his sides which gave Dan a fright

Dan gasped and turned his head again to see his close friend Louis laughing uncontrollably

"You asshole!" Dan screamed which made his voice echo throughout the whole area

"hey, no swearing!" Louis scolded

Dan rolled his eyes around and grunted, "tell me what you want"

Louis giggled, "come to my house?"

"Why? What's so important?" Dan asked as he was about to pick his bike up

"Just follow me to my house. We're literally right in front of my house right now" Louis said

Dan sighed and picked his bike up and followed the small boy back into his house

Louis slammed his bedroom door from behind and immediately threw himself on his bed

"You know that really big empty house that's right next to mine?" Louis said as he stared mindlessly at his ceiling full of band posters

Dan nodded as he fiddled with Louis's belongings

"One of my mother's friends is moving in there and she's making me help them move their stuff inside" Louis sighed and threw his head over the edge of the bed

"What's so bad about that?" Dan shrugged

"I met my mum's friend before. She really hates me and I know she's going to be talking about me once she sees me tomorrow"

Dan furrowed his brows, "Why does she hate you?"

Louis had a devilishly smirk on his face which made Dan more concerned

"She has a husband. I forgot his name, but a long time ago I used to try to flirt with him whenever she wasn't around. But once she found out. She tried to have a scrap with me. And that was the last time I heard from her" Louis chuckled as he had flashbacks of those moments

"Those were the days. But I moved on obviously" Louis scoffed

That made Dan raise both his brows from surprise, "who knew you had some history like that"

Louis sat up from his bed and laughed

"Don't act like you never done anything like that, howell. I know you"

Dan smirked from Louis's remark- Louis was sure right about Dan. He isn't as innocent as people think he is.
Take only one glance at Dan and you might think he's an innocent child with a lot of curiosity.

"Who me? Oh, never. I would never do anything like that" Dan sarcastically responded

"I bet once you see her husband tomorrow. You're going to be on your knees for him" Louis folded his arms over his chest and stared at Dan with a devilish grin

"Maybe I will. Maybe not. But we'll see, Louis" Dan said with confidence

"Be at my house around five tomorrow. They'll be here by then"

Dan agreed to Louis's orders. And shook hands for the bet.

It's going to be a long day tomorrow.
