Summer had to end. The fun had to stop, I knew it was too good to be true but then again I did have a fun time with the people I met, there's plenty of stories to tell and popcorn to share.

"Two weeks of summer, two weeks of house hopping" Lucas looked at me then back at Georgie the three of us go way back to the beach

Every summer till it stopped. Lucas got a job and got noticed with his fair skin and perfect face by a modeling agency in Los Angeles, Georgie well she sticks around but she's got plenty of her own to deal with. It feels great to start a new tradition, no beaches, no late nights at the dock or pancakes with Mrs. Overfelt just three teens, three houses, bonfires and movies. Something simple, not too extravagant and basic. This summer all I can say has been kind to me.

"So tell me about the beach" Georgie rummaged through my closet like she always would, it's a series of ooh cute and I want it

"nothing's really changed resides the people really- new faces acting like they own the place" I rolled my eyes as I flipped through the pages of my 5yr old self picture book, a ton of good memories I wish I could relive again

"tell her bout the boys" Lucas nudged as he fixed his hair in the mirror, boys with their love for hair

"WHAT BOYS" Georgie, the girl who is madly in need for new love after her breakup with Paulie Wisco, guys a total ass hat for cheating on her with his dads girlfriends sister really sick

"Jordan cute, tall, caring the most hottest and greatest guy you could ever meet but what irks me is that he's hurt so easily with the littlest things. he has  brother- half brother Ashton, complete opposite! Annoying sort of cute if he isn't a snotty ass hat, he's self absorbed doesn't care about anyone but himself." I kept the intro short

"Ah brothers. The angel and the devil, huh this ones tough. I think I'll settle for a Jack kind guy and I'll be the Rose" She looked behind her shoulder with a smile that showed her dimples

All the three of us shared a laugh

"How was your guys' summer I wanna hear all about it, enough of mine" I was tired of talking about boys especially the two idiots.

Georgie went to New York, watched a fashion show or two helped her mother design clothes met a few guys who are like 20 and over in which she doesn't mind the age gap. Oh Georgie. Lucas well he had photoshoots, broke up with his girlfriend because she was thirsty for the money and the spotlight, he went out clubbing with his boys,  I sited me and had dinner with both of his parents with their new partners.... the most weirdest thing I can ever imagine

"I honestly don't know-"

"did any of you order pizza?" I asked looking at the two

"Doordashed some in n out and alcohol" Georgie smiled, she's the total party girl

We walked by each other's side as I opened the door I get  unpleasant surprise

"Holy is he Asshat 1" Georgie whispered referring to Ashton

Lucas nodded

"Quit stalking me, get a life Ashton I don't like you and I don't think I ever will I'm sorry" Sorry to waste your time for  coming up here but I had to give you the brutal truth of what I was feeling

"I know" He looked down with a sigh and now I feel guilty

"Kaylynne that hurt for me too" Georgie put a hand over her hear

"what brings you-"

"Jordan" my eyes trailed off Ashton

I was speechless. What is Jordan doing here? What are they both doing here? My heart didn't runaway, it stayed beating awfully fast, not of love but nervousness and of being scared

"Kay, look I'm sorry I turned my back on you."

"Don't say sorry. You chose to turn your back on me, you've left me hanging for days Jordan, I'm sorry is not gonna cut it"
